Yes! They're different for every playbook. You're the Skinner, so your questions are:

On your turn, ask 1, 2, or all 3:
• Which one of you is my friend? For that character, write Hx+2.
• Which one of you is my lover? For that character, write Hx+1.
• Which one of you is in love with me? For that character, write Hx-1.

For the Battlebabe, all I get is: Go around for Hx. On your turn, ask the other players which of their characters you can trust.

And for the Show, it is just who has the leash.  And it isn't a question, you just decide who you want to have it.

yeeep, i edited my question already, I realized i was derp.

that said im looking at the show, and well im rather interested in them thematically...
i have no clue what they do. most of the options for the rig, well neat, dont say what they really do mechanically like the other classes? obviously gaining a vehicle or a gang/band is self explanitory... but the hell does making your instrument drip blood, dead satellites in space stir, or... half of that stuff even mean/do? freezing and making mini earthquakes i can kinda get... but what does a bloody guitar do?

I think the blood one is just for show/look cool or impressive.  Dead satellites, who knows, might just be cool, or there might be a story reason for it.

and dont even get me started on the "your music" section... It seems fucking cool as hell... but functionally i have no clue what any of that does, most of the keywords show up in like... 1 part in the main document with like 4 extra words saying what it does....
I really want to be the show at this point... But i have absolutely no clue what im doing XD

i am noticing that a lot with the show, they also make someone else take on their barter and their jingle

Hx allow the characters to help or hinder each other's dice rolls. The better you know someone the easier it is to involve yourself in their affairs. Remember, Hx is NOT how much one person likes another, it's how well they know them.

...ya I think ill pivot Jasmin to be the "show" same basic design, a somewhat tall, black haired mostly humanoid woman of oriental decent, with the exception of long black bunny ears that flop down the back of her head and a large cotton ball tail she otherwise looks like a normal woman... now thats how she looks like when shes not ready to perform. fishnet stockings, short jeans that may as well be a thong, a barely there tank top that exposes her middrift, little stars on her cheeks painted on, with flashy makeup meant to draw attention. her clothes coming in all sorts of colors aiming to draw attention. her personality is a mix of needy and playful... she actively adores attention... especially from the one she cares about most... whoever it happens to be this time, atleast~<3

I do still think she is a bit of a clean freak, and I do still think she is an oddball, so the HX questions I have answered so far still apply in my mind

Like I hinted above, I would be up for it.  It actually sounds like something a Brainer might do, based on the description, and the first step towards Leon’s maybe pride.  Of course whether he might keep the leash long term remains to be seen.

The Show is a weird playbook. I think it's weirdness is why Lumpley didn't add it as an extended playbook to the second edition. That said, @DreamsnThings, if you want to play the show, do. If there are other playbooks from extended listings, fan content or whatever, I'm more than willing to take a look.

@Warning What is it that you want your character to be about in this crumbling, urban wasteland? Let's see if we can't find a playbook that suits what you want to do. The character can look like pretty much whatever you want, so let's work on finding a playbook.

@DreamsnThings as for Show vs The Skinner (or some other playbook, The Maestro D'?) What is it about either playbook that interests you?

On the plus side, I believe we have everyone that is going to join.  See whether Dreams sticks with Show or not.  Other than that, there should not be anything left taken.  The remaining options is the list Chiyako posted on the previous page, with only what Dreams settles on possibly making any change to it.  Skinner being the only one Chiyako did not list earlier that might now be available.

The Angel could be my alley but like... Since it's more surgery style than my usual style, I don't know how well I'd managed that. Quarantine sounds like Futurama (By chiyako's descriptions) and it's funny. But yeah, an anthro with healing skills or a radio on their back to bring apocalyptic news could be fun. I tend to stay away from power positions.

Savvyhead aka possible engineers, could be fun. Putting a more realistic take on the kind of Mila, I suppose. (Instead of just wrenching things, uses materials to fix or create something?) The weird stats is a bit of a turnoff for me though. I want far from that :P So yeah, the angel or news sounds like something a little more my alley, by the stats alone.

What's the issue with weird? The Maelstrom exists and is a kind of risky psychic resource. For the Savvyhead it's a relationship with machines.

I do believe the angel can use smart instead of weird for one of their "magic" move. Well, point is, I don't like having weird characters. XD I am not the weird type. Other stats are fine. And I've seen how "weird" characters can get to attain certain powers. I will personally try to avoid that. I do believe the choice is entirely viable, too. So it's good.

That was what I was thinking we were supposed to do, reading the post there.  But I may still do my updated character info here first.  Did not get to it as son as I hoped, but see about doing it tomorrow.

Alright.  This will be the post I use to more formally write out my character.  First copying part of the earlier post, I will make a number of edits to this, as I add things in pieces.  The picture will be one of the last things I add.  Will hopefully have it done before I go to bed.  Though I think I have all the bio/intro stuff done.  It is just adding all the profile info the book now, like stats, moves, special, gear and Hx.

Leon is searching for a new place in life.  He grew up in prides of his people, was successful at it in younger days (18-early 20s, thinking maybe in late 20s  early 30s now).  As a Brainer he was always different.  He managed to build up a pride of his own though, but it was not a conventional one. The women tended to alternate between desiring him and feeling uneasy as he roamed in their minds.  He was eventually forced out, fought off.  He has now found himself in a new group, that does not follow his people’s ways, and have whatever opinions they may have about Brainers.  He has his instincts.  Being in a group where everyone else is a woman, tempts him.  But they are not his people, it remains to be seen if some or all are receptive.

Tall, muscular but not overly bulky, probably a few scars on his chest/back.  Black hair that resembles a mane on his head, more like fur maybe on his shoulders.  Claws in his hands and feet.  I was wrestling with things like more fur or a tail, but maybe not.

Stats (I’m not really sure what is best here, went with the one that did not hurt hot):
Cool=0 Hard=0 Hot+1 Sharp=0 Weird+2

Moves:
*Unnatural lust transfixion: when you try to seduce someone, roll+weird instead of roll+hot.
*Preternatural at-will brain attunement: you get +1weird (weird+3).

Gear: 
*silenced 9mm (2-harm close hi-tech)
*pain-wave projector (1-harm ap area loud reload hi-tech)
Goes off like a reusable grenade. Hits everyone but you.
*violation glove (hand hi-tech) For purposes of brainer moves, mere skin contact counts as time and intimacy.
*oddments worth 8-barter
*fashion suitable to your look, including at your option a piece worth 1-armor (you detail)
