Tell us about a favorite moment with a partner, whether it be amazing roleplaying, unexpected empathy, a wonderful twist you never saw coming, or even just their winning personality and/or writing! 

In this game, tagging your partner is encouraged (but not necessary) - give your amazing partners some props!

I still haven't even got to the roleplay, but plotting with @WickedCadrach has been so much fun, I honestly don't even care if we get to the actual story or not!

@Sweetbread! The plotting, their personality, and even just the roleplay are all things that make every reply fun!

I don't know if I can make a single one moment, but I always love it when my partner tells me that they love my writing and how much they feel I'm putting in for them to work with, whether it be a single character or the world around them. 

Basically every moment writing with @Jae (who I miss terribly) and @Harmony Frost is a treat. I had another partner who just... Understood the assignment, if you will, and the role play was perfect from the perfect start to the abrupt end, where she vanished but I think that might be my all timer, writing with a partner that just got it, and knew that I got it too.

Everyone I have ever written with or plotted with has always been lovely and really understanding.  @Moon Hound Hati @Sinful Vampire @YelloweyeOfHim @love_and_poprocks @BigBadWolf @Gardsorm @Mysthero @AsBloodTurnsEverCold I love you all! I didn't deserve to meet and speak to these people. They were patient and understanding with me. I feel really bad to have vanished on these lovely people at random without a word. Big shout out to all of these wonderful wonderful people.

First, I would have to mention@LdyDrgnflm my first partner here who taught me basically all I know about etiquette on the site. 

@MissKass With whom I literally have roleplayed for years and remains one of my favourite RP partners. She is just great at writing and role-playing.

Speaking of great writers, no list of roleplay partners would be complete without mentioning @IsabellaRose & @Umi Yatsugake. Who have inspired me to do better with my own writting by sheer example.

@Hiddensub & @Luno Asherah are gone but I truly enjoyed RPing with them. Specially because the ideas I tried with them remain unique.

@BlakeRp & @spectacular_silver despite not finishing any RPs we start would love to RP with you again.

@WickedCadrach Only one roleplay and you are already one of my favourite thank you for the support.

Last but not least @love_and_poprocks who has made my life better and a countless myriad ways too numerous or wonderful to mention.

As far as active partners go, I have to give massive props to @LEROZERO  for being so vividly descriptive and their colorful use of onomatopoeia.

Also very easy to work things out with and respectful.

Hard to decide honestly cause I have so many cool and fun writing partners definitely @BlakeRp for being so unbelievably fun as an rp partner and absolutely surprising me at times that took some of our rps in absolutely shocking (but enjoyable) directions and @Floofenstein and @RinDreams who are so sweet and have been putting up with my nonsense (like the times I take between replies at times) with understanding and been honestly great and relaxing to write with.

This is a hard game! Coming back to ED, I've had so many lovely encounters with people on the RP side of things, and I try to make sure y'all know it in the review posts. But there are two people I'll call out in particular.

@IsabellaRose is a wonderful, encouraging person whose words have made my life, even outside this site, all the better for having met her. And even if we never get to that RP, I could easily chat and brainstorm a dozen more with her.

I also want to call out @Jack Of Clubs for being an enthusiastic, understanding, and accommodating partner when I first returned to the site. I was anxious about coming back here and very ready to walk away again at the first sign of trouble, and he basically held my hand getting into that first RP back. So, thank you again! I'm still here, and ED remains my first and only RP site

I also remember once brainstorming such an amazing, unique post-holocaust setting with @WritesNaughtyStories and starting to tell the tale together... only to have my depression steal my muse and be unable to continue...  But it was so cool when we got going on it.

I can't point to a single partner or group of partners, though @IsabellaRose has loomed large, from the aforementioned swampy apocalypse to the TTRPG Club (especially that early worldbuilding thread). @WickedCadrach has been a newfound highlight as has @AmberBi.

We've lost a few along the way. @Tsuki, @Somethingsomething, @LeonaFair, @Perrie Edwards and @Konoka all were great partners. @Gangsta Moll I keep holding out that we'll see back at some point.

There have been countless others. @Writergirl, who I currently owe a reply too (I know, you too, @AmberBi)  @BrokenButterfly and @Jae are both unaccounted for too.

 

Everyone else who I forgot, I'm sorry I suck, These are people I have many and ongoing RPs and interactions with - @akiko-bdsm comes to mind as someone I've rp'd with a bunch, but generally the interactions beyond the fiction have been none existent (but they're very clear on what the setup is).

It kinda feels weird and surprising to be mentioned like that, but very heartwarming too! ^^ Thank you very much @Starcry, and don't feel bad on any time you've needed to fuck out! Real Life is always the first priority, and considering what we knew of your RL situation, it was even more important!

It's funny we originally connected mostly over mutual interest in similar games and... PSO2 I think? (I've yet to change my Luther image on the other forum, I love the guy too much. ;-;). But more than that, through the years you've always created such fun and delightful characters and concepted great stories for them! Never lose your creative spark, even when RL duties call you away!

Other names... Let's see:

@Lynnette and @Moon Hound Hati My first foray into writing here in the forum was all thanks to Lynnette's first idea here, and thabks to it, it also helped introduce me to other people I'd meet and continue writing with on the forum! Much like Star and many others, I know life keeps you busy and well distracted, but I wish you all the best when it comes to resuming your writing endeavors! Moon, you've been a kickass writer since we met off-site, and you always manage to unleash some of the most fun badasses and lively guys in the stories we've managed to join up in. Plus, you're a fellow connoisseur of gacha gals, which totally means you're cool in my book! 

@Chiyako and @Bluenails You two are definitely some of the very first people ive met here, and even to this day you stay among my favorites for your energetic, lively, and downright cute-acting characters. Even if they happen to have darker depths to them, you two always manage to create people, and even stories connected to them, that prove always entertaining to me! 

@Warning and @SataiRolePlayingGuy Gonna bundle you two here since you've both been neck and neck for people whose characters I've written with, or stories I've joined, have been the most numerous of. Warning, you were one of the first people on the forum who managed to get me into the habit of constant back-and-forth posting, a feat I could only do with one other under better times and a greater sense of free time. Your character ideas are very widespread, and I hope many continue to find homes! As for Satai, you definitely hold the place of the most games I've joined in the forum, and your characters are often enjoyably quirky to me, some with deeper depths than others for those willing to dig! I hope both of you continue to remain active and overcome whatever obstacles stand in your way!

@diogora and @AsBloodTurnsEverCold Given how recently I met the two of you here, I'll put you here together! Dio especially, you helped me feel like I found someone who enjoyed MANY of the same concepts I did here, to the point I can honestly say you feel like a brother from another mother to me! You make fun and enjoyable characters to me, create great backgrounds related to them, and even manage to find ways to weave them along with other characters around them! Keep nurturing your writing spark, I can confidently say you're better than me as a writer, and I'll never tire of hearing your characters endeavors! Blood, in the short time I've known you, your characters have had impressive amounts of thought and background put into them, far more than I usually see here! Your actual story ideas, likewise, are incredibly well thought out and built up, to the point I feel too utterly intimidated and simpleminded to try out. x_x You're leaps and bounds ahead of me as a writer, and I hope you only continue to rise higher!

Lastly, perhaps most important of all, I'm gonna give my thanks to you @Kissa! There's so much I can say to you after all the years we've spent writing together, from the bad to the good. I can confidently say you have been the most challenging writer to collaborate with because you don't play with conventional norms, but because of that you've made some of the most unique experiences I've ever written between characters. Your stories and concepts often fly far over my simpleton mind, but you put a great deal of care and interest in them even if the reasons they exist turn out to be rather amusingly simple in hindsight. It's been damn near half a decade I think since we met, and your characters have ranged from cutesy, innocent, and mischievous to tortured, malicious, and downright vile at times. You can play a range of things far more expansive than I can ever hope to approach, and even if it often feels like things are struggling between us, know that I do appreciate everything we've managed to accomplish this far. I could do so much better, for you, and for many others here, but all I can do is slowly crawl along and find the focus to better myself. Thank you for everything, Kissa, and do continue to refine your creative talents. I'll try to avoid slowing you down as much as I have all this time. : )

I know this was probably supposed to be thanking people for specific moments, but I just had to give props where props were due to the people who helped mske my experiences on this forum an absolute delight!

Through the years here, I've had the privilege to have RPed with many wonderful partners, probably more than come to mind, but I'll endeavor to name a few that really stood out to me.

@ElieCapulet30, probably some of the best drama I've written with anyone, which was not something I had usually sought out previously. She's done some of the best fight/action scenes with me, and is an excellent intimate writer. 

@Daphne, It's been a while, but we had a number of excellent long running fantasy setting RP that were super hot. A very sexy writer. 

@Xenia Renekton, also been a while, but we had a fantasy RP were I was a norse-viking type character and she had this sexy thief, and it was top notch.

@Harmony Frost, A modern piece set in Munich Germany, with an ex-soldier/firefighter saving a General's daughter from a terrible accident. Very romantic. We also had a spicy a period piece started that we never got to finish, but had a great setup. 

@AmberBi, A fun fantasy jaunt, that just really got rolling before I got busy this summer. @Lanatad_25, We had a period (Napoleonic) piece set in England that was very fun to write. @Gangsta Moll was also a lot of fun to write fantasy settings with.

As well the whole crew ( @SataiRolePlayingGuy, @Warning )over at the Magical girl group RP. The funnest public RP I've done by far.

These were definitely some stand out favorites. I'm probably missing a few.
