Civil unrest in the US and in general much skepticism about politics, the future and many other issues plague the every day person.

It is late one night within the American town of Chicago. Due to the still ongoing outbreak, the streets are not very crowded at all, leaving room for troublemakers and other such lowlife to hang around the streets and in general be a bigger nuisance. Many citizens are spending more time at home which goes for people like @Neptune and @MultiChara69 as well. As they sit and watch the highly propagandized news on TV, the image on screen seem to roll and roll, before flickering. It seems like "normal" interference, before the screen itself goes fully black and blood seeps from where the edge is. Instead of the normal black-ish red, it is a thick and syrupy liquid with an even thicker smell of iron.

The noises from the speaker soon spouts out incomprehensible words, like it is spoken with an alien tongue, unable to be deciphered by any human language, past, present or future."G'tarzih! Moál~u! My-JKathar!". Basically it keeps repeating the same weird phrase over and over. At some point the screen comes back to life where it shows the image of about fifty people, the TV monitor splitting these broadcasts up. Among those shown are @Neptune and @MultiChara69, despite no camera present in their rooms.

Soon enough, one of the broadcasts go fully black, but loud screaming can be heard from the dark room, followed by what sounds like death gargling. After maybe 5 minutes, one more...

Anna hummed softly as she paused the video she was watching, tabbing back to the forum post that she was currently reading about a ‘real’ ghost sighting. Even just going through the video at a glance, she could already tell it wasn’t genuine. Yet another disappointment. It wasn’t even a very good video. She hated these ‘real ghost’ videos especially when they were shot on a potato quality camera despite the plethora of high quality cameras these days, even in ones mobile phones. Anna slipped the laptop off of her lap, sitting back with a sigh as she reached for her cup of coffee, only to realise that it was empty. Grumbling to herself, she was about to stand up but paused when something on the television caught her attention. She frowned when she saw what she thought was interference. She was about to reach for her remote when she froze as the screen went black. At the sight of the blood, Anna blinked and rubbed her eyes, wondering if the lake of sleep was getting to her and she was just seeing things. Yet the thick smell of iron filled the air, causing her lips to twist in disgust as it seemed as if she had a nail sitting on her tongue.

She was about to get up and approach the television when words began to spill out from the speaker, words that she couldn’t understand. She frowned, trying to listen to it carefully but it was incomprehensible. After a few moments she realised that the words were repeating themselves over and over. She was about to get up to get hold of a microphone to record the words when the screen came back to life and she saw images of people in what seemed to be their homes. She scanned the faces, none of them familiar. It was then that she came to a stop when she found herself staring at herself in her own living room.

“What the fuck is going on?” She wondered out loud. She reached for her laptop, slipping it onto her lap. Anna completely disregarded the forum she was going through, and immediately began to search her usual hunting areas for mentions of this strange video feed. She looked back up when she saw something change in the corner of her eye as one of the feeds went black. She flinched when there was a scream before it sounded as if someone had gargled to death. With a mounting feeling of dread in the pit of her stomach, she turned back to her search, her fingers flying across the keyboard.

Vincent, the university student minding his own business in his home-alone attire, he was laying on his couch, on his side, as he was watching his television screen. There was surprisingly nothing else to watch at that time, so he was forced to watch the News. Sighing and constantly looking over to his closed laptop, he shook his head and decided against to using it once again today. He sat up on the couch and eventually he stood up, wearing only his black shorts, white shirt and socks and walking over to the kitchen part of his apartment, opening the fridge and grabbing out a bottle that contained orange juice. Not a 100% natural orange juice, and it definitely contained some things that made it taste better and slightly addictive, such as chips or coca-cola, but naturally, he didn't care and poured some out into a glass, bringing it to his couch after placing the bottle of OJ back into the fridge.

Vincent sat back down on his couch, taking a few sips of the OJ glass, his sensitive hearing kicking in as he hears some gushy noise coming from where the television is, on the drawer. He opens his eyes in the middle of his sip, smelling the strong iron smell as he looked at the OJ, thinking it was spoiled or something, but that is when his blurry vision of the background became clearer. Something was wrong with his television, his hands were shaking and he had a frightened look on his face, even though he has played horror games, read a few books, and watched a few movies. Gulping down the OJ, he doesn't even look away as his trembling hand moves to set down the glass of OJ on the table next to the couch. He stands up, contemplating about what's happening. "What the..." Quietly he mumbles out loud, taking a single step towards the television even though he's frightened. He watched the blood gush out, then suddenly jumped back and fell on his ass, on the couch thankfully, at the words from the speaker. Quickly, like some kind of jumpy, scared cat, he turned around and hopped over his couch, leaning over just enough so his trembling scared face is clearly visible as he stared at the television.

He was about to reach for his phone when he suddenly turned his attention back at the screen, breathing heavily and fast as he notices the screen show numerous other people in his homes, among which was Anna @Neptune and even himself at one point. He made sure to remember each and every person's face. Not clearly, but at least the more important details of their faces. Panicked, he reaches after his phone after the screen turns black and looks around to try and see any sort of camera in his home, even though there's indeed none. Upon hearing the sudden screeching, screaming noise, he outright dropped his phone again from fear, as he hid behind his couch, grasping at where his heart is with a hand. He continued to breathe heavily like he was about to get a heart attack, his smartphone having landed right in front of the television, a place he hadn't dared to go at all yet. He wasn't able to focus on the gargling, he simply continued to hyperventilate behind his couch as he stared at the ground, calming down after a few seconds to try and think at what's going on. "Calm down, Vincent.. This isn't real.. You're probably hallucinating... It's just your own mind, playing tricks on you, using your own senses against you..." He mumbles out loud, referring to him smelling the iron earlier. He raises a finger and mutters something once more, speaking really fast while shaking. "Could it be... A carbon monoxide leak...? That can cause hallucination and memory loss, as far as I know... No no, it can't be... The neighbor apartments would've already started complaining..."

Andrea pushed her key through the lock of her dormitory apartment. Lackadaisically entering the empty apartment, greeted only by a pile of papers and files on her kitchen table, and pictures connected with strings pinned together with thumb tacks. Andrea is a Criminal Justice Major who specializes in forensic studies, she is aspiring to become a forensic scientist for a major police department. A pursuit that dose not lend it self to making friends, long hours and a desire to become a police woman dose not exactly make up popular with partying college students, especially in 2020 Chicago. So it was another night alone bathed in the blue melancholy light of a tv screen, her only real exciting choice being what frozen dinner was she going to nuke in the microwave.

With a stern look on her face she sat down on her couch and turned on the tv, legs crossed, reaching into her bag to grab a granola bar she had in her bag. She didn't even bother changing out of her sweaty gym clothes, it's not like anyone was coming over and the freedom of being able to stink was one of the luxuries that kept her going. Andrea rolled her eyes at the TV  because it seemed to be crapping out on her, suddenly her nose crinkled from the smell of iron in the room. She never smelled that before and thought that it must be a part on the TV had burnt out or something, it seemed kind of strange and stupid to her but no other explanation entered her mind. "What the fuck?" She asked her self watching the TV  bleed from the sides of the screen.

without thinking she grabbed a swab from her bag and quickly took a sample of it. She started to shake when the thick dark liquid spread across the glass of her slide like blood. "Ok, ok..so.." She fell speechless trying to contemplate what was going on. Panting lightly she looked back over to the tv screen and saw people in their living rooms looking at her like she was on their tv screen, but something occurred to her, at least one looked like it was in a dorm apartment of the same university. Same colored walls and lay out of the furniture, this stuck out in her mind as much as the faces on the screen did.

Her panting grew heavier and a look of shock and aw formed on her face as a voice came from the tv. It was an indescribable language and sound she could only pick out the word "My" from the incoherent gibberish playing through the speakers. "Well fuck this.." She said in a timid trembling voice before she placed her slid in the bag and walked out of her apartment and into the hall. There was dead silence, she discerned that if everyone saw what she saw they would be panicking, and running through the halls screaming or cussing. "So is my dorm haunted? Should I go to the lab or to the student registry ..Why can't Ghost Busters be real, or Sam and Dean? Fuck I'll take Scooby-Doo right now." She said trying to give her self some form of levity to clear her mind and feel better about the paranormal phenomenon that happened in her dorm only a minute ago.

She made a big gulp, rigidly walking down the hall of her dormitory, trying to prioritize he actions to give her self some form of clarity. However the uneasy paranoia of being followed by things she can not perceive was ever present in her mind. "Ok So lab first, then maybe I can go to the front office either tonight or tomorrow If I find these people I should at least be able to tell them something." A slight shiver mixed with her heavy panting ash she tried to compose her self, striding down the hall and outside to  make her way to the forensics lab of the criminal justice building. Making a heavy sigh she speed walked along the path to the building looking around for any other students that might possibly be wandering out side who might have seen the same thing.

After rapid and vigorous search, the only place she can find, is an obscure Dark Web site where really hardcore paranormal nutcases posts their own experiences as well as their interpretations of other cases they may stumble upon. Most did not see this happening, a few only did via tapping into the TV signals of other homes, but a single one stands out. It seems to be a user she has never seen there before and for some reason, they are able to format their text in ways otherwise impossible on the site.

"You guys should really consider letting [NAME UNAVAILABLE] take you to the other side. It's wonderful here....I have left my worthless human husk. Join me! Surrender yourselves to [NAME UNAVAILABLE] it's the only way! Do not worry...I will be there soon...to take you there!"

The only information she got from there, are a couple of addresses witnessed from other users, the ones of Andrea @MultiChara69 and Vincent @Godot. For some odd reason, she even feels like they are close, despite the adresses being all over town.

Not long before that is read, the room gets more and more dim around her and she can hear heavy breathing from a dark corner.

Once she steps outside of her room, the otherwise lit hallway is now only lit up by the faint moonlight from outside. A few spots in the air is pitch black though, as if the darkeness is a real entity on its own, even though moonlight should vanquish it. She finds herself completely alone as she walks around, the place completely silent and feeling more or less abandoned. As she rounds a corner, she finds herself right back where she came from, like she is walking in circles.

"No.. No no no no no fuck!" Andrea tries to turn around and walk back the way she came but she just ends on the other side of the door. she starts banging her head and pounding on it." NOO NOOOO! how the fuuuck" she screamed with a loud whine trying to hold back the tears. The hair on the back of her head standing on end feeling her self being watched.  Eyes widened she leans her head on the door trying to hold back the tears panting in fear and confusion. Doing her best to clear her head, she starts taking deep heavy breaths. not wanting to turn around at all. With a startled jerk she turned around and saw nothing was there.

Vincent kept panting behind the couch as he hadn't decided to leave his apartment, unlike Andrea, but he still tried his best to remain composed during this entire freaky situation. He raises his head and rapidly blinking a few times before noticing the lights in his room being rather dimmer than usual. He gasps loudly at the heavy breathing in his living room's corner, which was quite close to him, so he jumped up as if he was a master of parkour and simply vaulted back over the couch, bumping his foot just a little bit on the back of it and rolling down on the ground, right next to his phone and presumably right next to some of the blood that came out from the TV, which thankfully he didn't touch. Mumbling as he gathers himself up on the ground, with a raised tone, he attempted to reason with the darkness, as that is the best thing he can think of right now. "No thank you..! I am perfectly fine with my body the way it is..!" He says, stuttering in every second word, unable to perfectly talk.

He stood up, holding his phone as he looks around in his room, taking deep breaths and gulping every now and then, every inch of his body shaking with fear, at least for now. He raised up his phone and unlocked it, the first thing he did was not call authority, but rather calling one of his good female friends, whom he always hung out with. He places the phone to his ear, trying to see if it rings or if anyone answers.

A hum escaped Anna when she stumbled upon the Dark website that was filled with paranormal posts. A lot of them seemed like nonsense with wild claims that had nothing to back them up. And while she found a few posts were seeing what was happening, only one post stood out to her. The drew back with a slight frown as she read the text that was displayed on the screen. She read it out loud, under her breath before her frown deepened, “Just what the fuck is going on…?” She whispered to herself.

As she scrolled further down, she felt herself get excited when she came across the addresses of two other people who were part of the feed. She could use this information to find them. And if she could find them, she could contact them. While she had the feeling that they were nearby, she had no idea where the addresses actually were. As she was in the states on a work Visa from England, she was not that familiar with the city at large. If she remembered correctly, one could find peoples personal information publicly in the states, so with any luck she could find the phone numbers tied with the addresses.

Anna was about to start doing just that, when she felt her entire body freeze as the room seemed to be getting dimmer around her. Her eyes widened when she heard heavy breathing from the corner. It was low but it seemed to fill the entire room, and no matter what Anna could not block the sound out. She found herself entirely too terrified to look into the corner. Her instincts were screaming at her to run, to hide inside of the deepest, darkest hole she could find. She closed her eyes, praying softly to herself before she opened them and started hunting around for the information regarding the addresses. Her fingers kept twitching, causing her to accidentally mistyped, which only further added to the slowly mounting panic she was beginning to feel.

While nothing appears anywhere around her or even near her, there is still a lingering and unsettling sensation of someone...something...watching. While the surroundings looks the same as before, there is a key difference. The door to her room was open once more, even though she closed it and perhaps even locked it. The room inside is still very dark, but inside heavy breathing can be heard, from something very unknown."Come with me....join me...on the other side...it feels...wonderfullll..".

Despite the constant and lingering effects from the surroudings, Anna is still able to somewhat force herself through the task she is at. After a lot of fiddling about and typos, she eventually does end up with two addresses and where to find them. Once more, since they seem far away from her current location, there is an odd sensation that they feel closer than they realistically should.

Once she gets them written down, the letters on the screen kind of "fall down" on the monitor, almost as if affected by gravity. The laptop's screen turn more dark and soon enough show one of the rooms from the TV screen. It shows one of the persons openly eating from the dead body of whom was also in the room with them.

"Everything will be fine, Vincent.. Calm down, or you will lose it.. You've seen horror shows, you've seen other shit like that, you will be completely fine... Just ignore the voice... Ignore everything else..." He mumbles to himself audibly, looking downwards now as darkness encases him. "Whatever happens, don't trust anyone, don't approach anyone, and most important of all, don't lose it..." That's the last thing he would say for now.

“Fuck! Fuck! Fucl!” Anna cursed when she couldn’t find the information she was really looking for. All she found were more verifications of their addresses, nothing regarding any numbers. Still cursing under her breath, she grabbed her notepad and pen that she always had nearby, and scribbled the addresses down. She was acutely aware of the breathing, as if it was happening down the back of her neck, but she was forcing herself to concentrate as much as she could in an effort to ignore it and the rising panic she was feeling. She looked back up at her laptop screen only to see the letters seem to ‘fall down’ on the mintor before it seemed to turn dark, “Hey!? What are you doin-” She started to say however the screen came back to life only to show another of the rooms. However the person in it was eating the dead body of someone that had been in with them.

Anna let out a scream, almost throwing the laptop away from it, causing it to clatter onto the floor. She stood up, stumbling away from it as she gagged violently, dropping the notepad and pen in her panic. Pressing herself against the wall, she closed her eyes and focused on getting her stomach under control. She had never seen anything like that before in her life, and she wished she would never again. Almost with a sick kind of fascination, her eyes opened and she looked at the laptop screen again before her stomach roiled in reaction and she had to avert her eyes again, “Don’t look at it, idiot… fuck… oh that is just the fucking worst!” She groaned.

Edging over to the sofa, she picked up the notepad and pen before moving back away from the laptop, “Okay… what to do… what to do…” She muttered, looking back down at the pad. She needed to see if she could find these people. Anna glanced at her television again before she turned and attempted to leave her apartment, slipping out her phone to try and use Google Maps to find the addresses of these people. Every instinct told her that right now, she was in danger, and she knew that these people were in a similar boat as herself.

Andrea's eyes frantically combed the dark empty hallway for anything that would aid her in her escape, but she found nothing. All the lights in the dorms were off, and no sign of life could be heard or seen within.  With a big gulp Andrea stayed huddled in the corner of the exit and the hallway. The events that transpired paying out in her mind, with any hopes of this being an elaborate prank by some ingenious but sadistic students, or this being the work of a prank show recording their state of shock and panic for the sake of ratings, had all been cast aside the moment she walked through that door. She gathered up any knowledge of metaphysical or supernatural phenomenon on her mind, all be it there was very little for her to draw from.

The moment her weary alertness changed to that of sheer panic and impending dread was when she saw that her door was still open. It was only a slight crack but she remembered closing it behind her on her away out, at least she thought she did. In a shivering panic her eyes never left that small crack in the door way, peering into it so deeply and in such a state of intense fear it was like she was staring into a chasm of infinite darkness. A darkness that seemed to be calling to her, drawing her in with it's silent siren song. If it wasn't for her intense fear and overwhelming dread she might have looked up to find her self moving towards it. However it was her own merciful fear that seemed to keep her paralyzed in that spot, the intensity of her trembling preventing her legs from maintaining the stability to even take a single balanced step.

It was then she heard the faint maniacal voice call out to her in the darkness of her room. Her breathing heavy and her eyes wide she paid attention to the faint crackling hiss of the voice that spoke to her. Resigning her self to her fate Andrea took a heavy sigh, taking one last look around she saw that there were no doors to be opened, no object strong enough to break a window. Andrea slowed her breathing and took the cell phone out of her pocket, she played with the buttons to see if it worked then turned on the flash light and camera. Aiming the phone forward Andrea started to force her self towards her own dorm. Each timid step brought her closer and closer to the door, and what was on the other side.

As Vincent simply tried to shake off the current creepy happening and atmosphere, it lingers and slowly intensifies. The phone which he throw to the couch now begin to sound out louder, the voice not only being directly heard, but even if he tries to shut out the sound in a physical way, it echoes in his mind, over and over and over again.

While the room doesn't go darker, there is still what seems like physical darkness present there, blocking off any light sources he may have going on right now.

With this going on, Anna is still able to fiddle with her phone and look up the addresses she wrote down before her laptop went haywire and acting on its own. The two places are pretty much in opposite directions on the map, one about 5 km away and the other 3,4 km. The weird thing: The dots, as she looks, moves closer to her, like the adresses are closing in on hers.

As Andrea uses the strong light on her phone and moves closer, it feels as if the light is being swallowed, not providing any sign of illumination. Rather the shadowy darkness also begins to "spill out" onto the floor, like an endless void in the shape of dark mass spreading out. Then it gets much freakier as an eye pops up in the darkness, then one more and more and more until mot of the surface consists of staring eyes."Yooouuuu....muuuuustt...joiiiiiiiiiinn", no one in particular says, but it feels as if it comes from everywhere.

Anna’s fingers fumbled a little with her phone due to her violently trembling hand. No matter how she tried to focus, she couldn’t seem to stop them or the panic that coiled inside of her stomach like a snake, its poison slowly inching its way through her veins, making her feel cold all over. As the voice came again, she felt herself shiver so violently that her entire body shook. She shook her head, trying to ignore the voice. But it was pervasive and seemed to worm into her mind as if it already had a foothold. She shook her head and found herself unconsciously responding to the voice, “No… no… leave me alone! Just please leave me alone!”

She closed her eyes, trying to get herself under some kind of control before she looked back down at her phone as she brought up the two addresses on her phone. She then frowned in confusion as she stared at the two markers on the screen as they seemed to be sliding closer towards her location, as if the city around them was shrinking. She could even see the distance clocking down. The sight made her skin crawl and she stared almost dumbfounded at the phone for several long moments. She then looked up and at her front door that she had almost gone through. Seeing the dots move as they were, made her almost scared to open the door for fear of what she would find outside.

Slowly, she turned back around and stared at the television screen to watch the other people for a moment before she suddenly called out, her fear and heightened sense of self preservation making her a little reckless, “Who the hell are you?! What do you want?! Why are you doing this?! What do you stand to gain from all of this?!”

Indeed Vincent attempted to cover his head, but he tries to think of something brighter anyway. It may not work, but it's still worth a shot. He looked around for a moment again, before looking back down to the ground and remaining seated in the middle of his living room. He concluded that everything might just be a really weird dream, that somehow was weirdly real. A lucid dream, one might call it. Can it even be called a dream, though? The more correct term for something like this should be nightmare. Eventually, he lays down on the ground instead of sitting, continuing to cover his ears while staring up at the ceiling, his eyes wide open and shaking slightly, gulping every once in a while as he keeps telling himself that he will be just fine. It's amazing how Vincent can keep himself intact through all of this. At least it shows that he's no longer a little boy that cries in a corner every time his feelings are hurt. Instead, he just tries to remain as calm as possible, trying his utmost best to ignore the voices and tried to wait up until all of the nightmare was over. Occasionally while taking deep breaths, he would still smell the lingering iron scent of the blood from his TV, but he didn't have much choice. He can't just pass out over lack of oxygen, and thankfully oxygen is something that he was still getting, despite the nightmarish circumstances.

Andrea watched trembling at the site of the light being swallowed up by the darkness. Her eyes widened as darkness started to pour out from her phone, forming a mound which congealed before her eyes. A loud gasp escaped her lips as the black mass on the floor began to bubble and form eyes that did not resemble any kind of eyes she had seen before. "NO NO NO NOooo!" She panted and ran away once the voice had finished speaking to her. In passing she slammed her door shut and continued to run away from the strange entity." What the fuck is ..?" words slipped from her lips as she rounded the corner of the hall panting and trying to get her wits about her.

When she heard a noise she started running towards the other side of the building. While running she tried to make sense of what she had experienced, speculating was she in another dimension, or even worse is she inside of the entity perusing her.  Whatever it was this thing seemed to have full control of reality with the exception of her. "Is this why it keeps asking her to join it she thought." Her heart sank in dread at the thought that maybe the creature was just playing with it's food. Taunting and tormenting her getting a sick satisfaction from trying to tempt her into joining it when maybe she never even had a choice.

She could not afford her self any glimmer of hope or optimism especially when she saw the other exit. She tried her best to push open the door but she looked around the corner and to her horror she saw a feint shadow emerge from around the corner. "FUuuuuuuck !" She whined then started to run towards the third exit door hoping to get some distance between her and her pursuer. Drenched in sweat and panting she tried to open the third exit door, but no luck defeated and panic stricken she trembled as she turned around hearing that the creature was close enough to be seen.

Calling out to whoever or whatever that had spoken to her, makes the TV go black, before turning back on. The sight before her is something like looking into a mirror, except in the TV screen, her room looks entirely normal. While it looks normal for a short time, about 10 seconds or so, "mirror Anna", begins to smile wickedly. In her own voice she speaks to normal Anna:"Your questions...are moot. There is no escape. You were already trapped long ago. There is one wayyyyy...though you will need to do something for me...for us...a life for a life...find them...you know who...slay them...sacrifice them to [NAME INCOMPREHENSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND]. They might actually...let you...gooooo...otherwise...you are here..forever...with me..with....them...", she says.

The surroundings of his room begin to get even darker, until it is pitch black and just as soon as it becomes that way, the light come back once more, but he finds himself in a totally different place. Instead he is in the living room of Anna @Neptune where he finds a woman, most likely staring into a TV screen with no images or sound coming from it, yet she may be talking to said TV. He finds his phone back into his hand for some reason, with the voice of the person he tried to call speaking through it."Vincent...that woman...she......witch...you gotta.....end......her.....life...to...return...please..", the woman talks between static.

The shadow looks almost human in its figure, except that it often twitches, reshapes and even looks like it's smoking, but not really. Once she looks the way it is, it soon spills out onto the ground and spreads out rapidly and soon enough Andrea is getting sunk into what looks like a thick puddle of liquid darkness. There is no way out as she sinks down more and more. Once fully submerged, she soon emerges into a bathroom. A bathroom she has never seen before, within the apartment of Anna. She may hear voices from the room outside even. The mirror in the bathroom shows her the door opening up and a stranger, a man @Godot, emerging with a knife, stabbing herself to death, then coming over to where the vision seems to emerge from and speak directly to Andrea."I had to kill you...to escape...you and that other woman...".

She was beginning to regret her small outburst when the television went black before turning back on again. It took her moment to realise that she was looking at an image of her own room, looking back at herself. Her breath shallow, Anna slowly moved towards the television but dared not get any closer than a foot. She then unconsciously stepped back when the image of herself began to smile wickedly, giving her a warped appearance. It made her look entirely alien, the expression foreign on her face. She really didn’t like it. She then flinched when she heard her own voice speaking back to her. Like before, she found herself unable to pull her attention away, and she stared at the television, completely oblivious to everything around her. Her jaw clenched at its words, as she was simultaneously filled with a bone chilling fear, and a searing anger. She almost threw her phone through the television, “I’m not doing anything you tell me! Stop with your sick fucking games! Whoever this person is, they can go fuck themselves!” She called out, not noticing any new figures in the room as she was directing her fear towards the figure in the television, disguising it behind her anger. She didn’t want it to know that she was truly terrified of not only it, but of what it was asking. In her mind, that must have been what that person on her laptop had done. For as long as she kept her sanity, she was never going to give them what they wanted.

Andrea looked at the writing smoking, figure that approached her. She shut her eyes crying realizing there is nothing she can do. The exits were blocked and there is no way out, the matter only worsened when she watched the vile black goo seep onto the floor and lurch towards her. She watched it seep closer and she thought to her self that this was how she was going to die. Whatever this thing is it's going to absorb her, all her efforts to escape her vain pointless endeavors that only seemed to delay the inevitable. The black goo pooled around her feet and she watched as her shoes slowly sank into it followed by her legs. She could not struggle or resist, dread washed over her at the realization that there was nothing she could do at this point. With one last act of defiance she raised her middle finger to the dark seemingly omnipresent entity.

She trembled and shuddered as she slowly sank into the black abyss, closing her eyes before her head was fully submerged. When she came to she saw that she was in a bathroom. Andrea examined her surroundings it appeared to be a woman's bathroom but that was all she could tell, It didn't look like her own bathroom so she could not tell if she was still at the University or not. Sitting on the toilet Andrea did her best to gather her thoughts, she stood up and decided to open the bathroom door. However when she turned to face the door she saw a man open the door inside the mirror, confused Andrea looked back over at the door and saw that it had not moved. Nervously Andrea looks back at the mirror to see the man holding up the knife and speak to her after watching him stab her to death in a mirror.

"OK...I'll be going now.." Breathing heavily she timidly walked to the door and opened it. Taking deep shuddering breaths she walked out into the living room off the apartment. Aside from the decorations this did look like a university dorm for the most part." Ok ..ok.." Deeply shuddering she walks into the middle of the living room" HELLO!! I didn't mean to come in here! I'm lost! I'm sorry for the intrusion!!" Eventually it clicked in her brain to shut the fuck up because she might just be making what ever this thing is more alert to her actions. Another thought occurred to her what if she went in the kitchen and grabbed a knife to defend her self, she walked into the kitchen, looking around for something that would be both threatening and concealable.

Vincent had waited for the darkness to consume him, fluttering his eyes open once he found himself in a different place. He stood up, seeing as he was laying again, looking around while trembling since he was in quite a pickle. After looking around enough, he realizes he is holding his phone, and only after that he looks up and notices the woman @Neptune in front of her TV. Whether this was a vision or not, reality or not, he stepped backward and raised his phone once he felt it buzzing, listening to what the voice has to say. He looked back up at Anna, his lips trembling as the strange voice asked him to kill someone who clearly had nothing to do with this. Being slightly quiet as he speaks up to the voice in his phone, "Shut up...! I won't do such thing..!!" She didn't see Anna's face yet, otherwise he would've realized that it was one of the people's faces he had seen in the TV earlier. He does take note of her hair and appearance from behind, though, for future reference just in case. He took a hold of his phone and smashed it on the ground with a single throw, unless somehow the entity controlling the surroundings somehow prevented this from happening. He then looks right back up at Anna, to see if she reacts to the sounds and him being there, or if it's all just mind-fuckery all thanks to the unknown entity.

All three humans are now within the same apartment, which is exactly how [NAME INCOMPREHENSIBLE] wanted it to be and there was nothing they could have done to stop this. With Andrea, Vincent and Anna in close proximity to each other, but refusing to carry out the necessary deeds, the forces from beyond their mortal comprehension aims to ramp things up, or rather, it is inevitable as this was destined to be, with no regard for the fates trapped within. The whole place simply "melts", like it was never there to begin for the three of them.

Instead, their reality around them becomes a huge and endless new world. They are all trapped on top of a single plateau raises high and high above what looks like a sea. A sea black as tar with writing tentacles rising from its depths and above the surface. A massive and single eyeball hangs in the sky, silently watching them all three.

For now, not even a wind bring any noise and the only living beings at sight being the three humans...

With her focus so concentrated on the television, Anna didn’t notice the stranger in the room with her until she heard a stranger's voice, before the smashing of something hitting the floor. She turned around to stare at the young male behind her. She was about to demand to know who he was, but she realised that he looked like one of the people from the television, “How…?” She started to ask, extremely confused as to how he had gotten into her living room. She had not heard any of the doors open, nor had she heard any footsteps. Turning around to look at the television, she froze once again before her gaze darted up.

She noticed that the walls began to melt, distorting them beyond recognition. She looked down at the television, seeing the people that were still visible, warp and distort in a grotesque manner. She took a step back, feeling a lot safer with the stranger than she did close to the television. Anna’s head spun about, watching as the entire world melted away to leave them on a plateau. As she looked up over the edge she saw nothing by an endless black sea that seemed to glimmer with malice, giving her the feeling that it was eager to draw her under and snuff the life from her. When she saw movement, she looked over to see writhing tentacles rising from its depths like fingers, eager to grasp at anything that drew near.

A scream attempted to force its way from her throat, but she found herself completely frozen and rooted to the spot. With difficulty, she looked up into the sky only to see the single eye staring down at them. It made her feel like a small ant, observed by a human. It made her want to crawl into the deepest hole that she could find. And even then, it felt like she would not be safe from its overpowering gaze. Her knees felt weak and she was unable to stop herself from dropping to her knees, her eyes wide as she stared back up at the eye, her entire body trembling in fear. Her breath was unnaturally loud, and her heart hammered within her chest. It was only then that noticed how quiet it was. The silence was as oppressive as the gaze from above, closing in around her and almost suffocating. She was completely oblivious to the other two figures, too scared to move and too scared to even utter a single sound.

"Ok what the fuck.." Andrea blurted out panting, timidly moving to the edge of the plateau to see what was over the edge. What she saw provided no comfort, only enhancing the ever growing madness that threatened to consume what shreds of sanity remained. An endless sprawling mass of writhing tar soaked tentacles was all she could see before her. what ever faint hope she had was violently ripped from her mental grasp and replaced with an all consuming dread that rendered her immobile, shuttering, and trembling as she sat at the edge of the plateau. She could not speak or move only speculate the stage of her prolonged and tremulous absorption into a being that she could not fathom even in her most rational mind.

Each line of reasoning only lead to terrifying conclusions that only plunged her further into madness. Is she being devoured by an entity to vast to be comprehended.  The looming eye above lent its self to the possibility of her being observed by her captor studied as if she were a test subject in a devious experiment or kept for observation in a mental institution. The third and most terrifying conclusion being that this was simply it's form of playful torture and that if this entity so wished it would take her life or subject her to torments  that most human's could not perceive even in the darkest and most vile of imaginations. Mouth agape, eyes wide, and trembling with sheer terror she looked along the plateau to see the two from the television. This offered very little comfort, only shifted her thinking to the idea that she was being used as a guinea pig in a brutal experiment in the effects of madness and dark energies on the human brain.

"He hey, you're the people on t tv. I  I'd ask for an autograph b but..I "She trembling she patted her body." I don't h have a pen." Andrea hugged her knees trying her best to choke out a joke and bring some small comfort and levity to the situation but there was none to be had. She sat shivering in sheer terror watching the tentacles writhe and whip erratically and frantically. The wet smacking sounds of them echoed through her ears as she sat twitching staring out into the black abyss. She contemplated suicide but there was no way she could do it...Maybe one of them would kill her, maybe we could all kill each other and spare our selves of the horrendous fate that lay before them.

While still in the room, Vincent, as if trying to reach out to the woman who he was told to kill, extended one of his hands towards her just before everything went to shit, muttering out something after a quick gulp. "Miss, I d-don't know how I got here, I'm sorr-.....ry..." He slows down and breaks his trembling eye contact as the room starts to melt. His eyes widen and tremble in fear even more along with his entire body for this moment, unable to do anything else but watch the room around him turn into an other world, literally.

Silence is the only thing that hit all of them, and Vincent is the only one that actually didn't speak. After managing to look up, down and over the edge of the plateu, he had stepped back in the middle of it and fell down on to his knees, falling forward and turning at the right time so he lands on his back, looking up at the gloomy eldritch sky with the eye looking down from it. He didn't have any time to think about how he was only wearing shorts, a shirt and white socks. Even the other people around him seemed unprepared. How can someone even prepare for this in the first place?

For a moment, he turned his head to look at Andrea, then at Anna, closing his eyes ultimately as he finally realizes that these two women are two of the people who he had seen on the TV. He remains laying there on the ground, on his back, unable to say a word and tries to take it all in, taking quick breaths which eventually turned into slow, deeper breaths, calming himself like that. While talking to the two other human beings next to him would most likely do good, he can't make himself to do it, at least not now.
