In complete honesty, Ranna considered the issue of whether or not she met the team tonight or later to be too insignificant to care about. Β Being on the team in the first place was the bigger issue and part of a longer term issue with Reiko. Β Though she could not complain too loudly, as it was partially a result of last night’s choices. Β She suspected Reiko would have been trying to talk her into it now, instead of drafting her, if that had not happened.

A pretend relationship with a guy and worse engagement were not exactly better though. Β In some ways Reiko’s interferences were more appealing, but in the end her sister hoped for Kappei to succeed, they were in essence working towards the same goal, if not always intentionally.

She was not that worried about getting to class, but saw no reason to say anything against that. Β β€œSure I guess.”

Β

Reiko had a partial idea of what was going on. Β But she saw no reason to oppose it. Β She did not want to constantly spy on Ranna’s conversations. Β Ranna may not have often felt that way, but Reiko was always trying to help her sister, not control her. Β She would just wait and see what happened. Β β€œThat would probably be a good idea. Β If there is any other paper work or material Ranna needs for the team, I will send it to her room.” Β She answered, as she finished the coffee.

Removing the empty plates and cups from the table and placing them in the dishwasher, Kappei felt a bit more at ease now that Ranna had given him permission to escort her to her classroom. Maybe she just considered it a small thing, but having agency was still important. When you ate, when you woke up, and what you wore were all controlled by the school to some degree. Doing what you were told to do in school was normal. How many actually questioned this norm? How many people just blindly followed the rules like sheep and did as they were told?

"When does your last class end today, Ranna?" he asked the young girl as he closed the dishwasher and started it. To make sure people didn't start doubting their betrothal, they would have to keep going on dates until they married. Ranna was likely to be annoyed by this, so Kappei wanted to make sure she understood that she was still in charge and had the final say. "It would be ideal if I could pick you up as soon as your lessons are finished."

It was part of school, the way things had been for most of Ranna’s life, especially the parts she was old enough to remember. Β The only thing different here in that respect was that she lived here, combined with the closed campus, and having to limit what free time/social life you had to the campus and interacting with other students. She was not bothered by that part. Β That was just part of life, which she had to deal with for just a few more years.

One advantage though was more flexibility in hours of class, not like a public school, where everyone was in classes at the same time. Β Though classes that were offered especially early or late were rare. Β Partially to make things easier for clubs and teams, have a chunk of the evening where it is was rather unlikely for anyone to be in class. Β β€œThey are done at 4:00.” Β She answered, while watching Reiko looking over the rest of the papers. Β She appeared to consider things settled and was content to handle other team matters for the few minutes she was still here. Β Reiko was stubborn/strong willed in her own way. Β While she had listened to what Kappei said, it was not enough to change her mind, especially when she thought it was a little thing, that could only help and was not worth changing. Β If Ranna had objected more strongly, especially with good reason, she would have been more likely to revise her plan.

Kappei only had one class today and would instead spend part of his day helping out in the recreation zone to make a bit of money. It wasn't exactly high-paying wages, but it had helped supplement the money his father transferred to his bank account every month. Kappei had always felt bad about it and intended to pay back every cent once he finished school and got himself a real job with a steady income.

"Should we all meet outside of your classroom then? Or will you meet up with us somewhere else, Reiko?" Kappei asked, figuring it was possible that Ranna might be uncomfortable with being picked up by her sister. The Rangorn sisters had always cared deeply for each other and shared a special bond. But that love was probably also what put a strain on their relationship. The younger sister was no longer just a little kid now, but a young teenager.

Ranna’s mind had wandered elsewhere. Β She had no idea what sort of reaction she was going to get in class today. Β She was less concerned about the boys, more about the girls, especially the few who saw and appeared jealous of her β€˜date’ and how much they might bug her about it today. Β She supposed it might make some of them think of her more as a β€˜real girl’, for better or worse. Β She had to consider what to say if they got pushy for stories about last night, and how bluntly honest she wanted to be. Β She would have preferred a night to herself after last night, but that was going to be denied again, even without the matter of β€˜meeting the team’.

”We would likely draw attention if we were both there.” Β Reiko answered, imagining what boys in Ranna’s class might think of her. Β Not that she would have really minded having some fun there, but that would be a distraction that could waste too much time. Β β€œWhen you two are ready to do your shopping, I will meet you there.”

"Then CafΓ© Nova it is then, Reiko?" Kappei asked the older sister. The meeting place was one of the coffee shops in the recreation zone that he and Reiko sometimes visited. Unlike the restaurant yesterday, CafΓ© Nova didn't forbid hanky-panky... but it was still a rather relaxing place, all things considered.

Reiko and he still had more than an hour before any of their classes began today, but Ranna didn't have that luxury, so she had to get going now if she didn't want to end up late for class. There really was a big difference between someone who had taken college classes and someone that was fresh out of middle school. While he wasn't that much older than her, he was reminded again that he was an adult and she wasn't. He couldn't afford to forget this and remember how naive she obviously was. He had to be there for her and use his own experience to support her.

"We should get going now, Ranna." Kappei told the pretty little girl. Waiting for a response from her, he glanced at Reiko. She didn't have a key, but she didn't need one. As long as she closed the door behind her when she left, it would lock automatically. She was his friend, and they also had a bond. If she ever needed a place to crash, his door would always be open for her.

Reiko nodded, and put her papers away. Β She had no reason to stay here longer, she waited until Kappei and Ranna left to be polite. Β β€œI’ll be right behind you two.” Β It was only after they left the room that she would split up from them to do her own thing.

Ranna stood up with a sigh, folding the papers Reiko gave her a stuffed them in a coat pocket. Β The sigh more about what she had been thinking about than anything else. Β Being forced to join the gymnastics team was only in the back of her mind for now. Β She would care about that later. Β When it was time to actually participate, rather than tonight’s planned meeting. Β She did not have anything else to say to Reiko for now. Β The two sisters just waited for him to lead the way out.

He opened the door for Ranna and her sister and led her down the corridor in silence, giving them time to collect their thoughts. Ranna was a bright girl, and despite her naivetΓ©, he was certain she understood that he and Reiko were correct. Taking the elevator down to the bottom floor, they parted with the older Rangorn sister and headed towards the trolley station. As they were finally alone, Kappei broke the silence.

"Listen, I had no idea that Reiko would just show up like that." He should have expected it, though. He had contacted her yesterday and told her about how Ranna had gotten drunk after all. Reiko had already attended the academy for several years, so she understood the ins and outs of the place. Talking with her and taking her advice to heart shouldn't be scoffed at. But even then, Kappei would have liked it better if he'd been able to discuss things with Ranna again before Reiko got involved. She might have been rather naive, but she was a bright girl. If he had just had a chance to talk things over with her first, he was sure that things could have gone a bit smoother.

Reiko separated from them almost immediately after leaving the dorm. Β  She was going to give them more time to talk without her there to listen in. Β She avoided any other conversation to make that easier, and Ranna also said nothing until after she was gone. Β β€œI did.” Β Well on at least some level Ranna knew. Β She had not known exactly when and where Reiko would show up, but she knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Β Sooner rather than later. Β It was inevitable when she made the choice to drink, and she realized it even then. Β The drafting was not even that surprising after the fact. Β β€œThat’s what she does.” Β Reiko just had a way of knowing what was going on and then showing up at inconvenient times. Β Or doing inconvenient things while Ranna was not around, especially back when they were both at home.

”I’m her friend, little sister and daughter all at the same time, in her head.” Reiko may have had good intentions, but the goals she had, and ways she tried to accomplish them, certainly caused tension.

There were a ton of things that Kappei wanted to say. He wanted to tell Ranna that her sister was only trying to help her and that the engagement plan was the right choice. He wanted to tell her that he would protect her and that she could trust him. But she knew these things already. She was just a kid, forced into a situation she had never wanted, and she was just complaining because she needed some sort of outlet. Even if this was her best option, it didn't mean that she had to like it.

"Things are gonna be okay, Ranna." They were going to be okay. He would make sure of it. Yes, he had a lot of things he wanted to talk with her about, but for now he would just make sure that she got to class.

As the two of them walked up to the trolley station, they didn't have to wait long before the train arrived and came to a stop in front of them. Even though no one was getting off, a large number of male students were eager to board. Ranna who had been allocated to the female dorm herself, was already familiar with how crowded the trolley could be at this hour. The big difference now however, was that it would be packed with male students rather than girls.

Frustrations aside, Ranna did not feel she needed encouragement there. Β Her relationship with Reiko was what it was, she knew what to expect, and though she often could not stop what Reiko did, she had learned to live with it and work around it as best she could. Β It was not like this was causing any sort of psychological damage. Β Though she did wish her sister would stop seeing her as a girl. Β β€œβ€¦Yeah, this will be fun.” Β She sarcastically observed, looking at the crowd. Β Last night this may have excited her, but β€˜drunk Ranna’ was practically a different creature as far as she was concerned, even if she remembered most of it. Β She was quite aware of what many would want to do, and was still rather skeptical they would care about Kappei being there.

"Keep close to me." Kappei told Ranna as the two of them climbed onto the trolley, male students milling about them and filling the train. Because of the hour and route the trolley took, the idea that Ranna was the only girl in the overcrowded wagons wasn't entirely unfounded. The chances of getting accosted right now were high, but Kappei knew what he was doing.

As soon as they stepped into the wagon, he pushed Ranna up against one of the walls next to the doors and then leaned his much larger body over hers. Placing his arms on either side of her, he completely blocked access to her for other people. Even if she wanted to, there was no easy way for Ranna to get away from Kappei now, but it also meant that there was no way for anyone else to grab and touch her.

"If anyone tries to touch you, tell me immediately" He whispered to her as the trolley filled up and the doors finally closed behind them. Kappei was not the strongest, and there were plenty of people in a crowd this big that would have ignored that he was there. But Kappei wasn't stupid, and he would never have taken this train if he didn't know what he was doing. No, the fact that the trolley was this tightly packed was actually what protected them. With so many people packed like sardines, there simply wasn't enough room to easily move around and start a fight.

Ranna was not sure whether this was better or not. Β She was not thrilled with anyone, or at least not any guy, pressed up against her like this. Β It was proving effective so far, but she had to wonder if some of the others would take this as showing off or a challenge and try something. Β She tried to lean against the wall more, be less aware of the body on the other side. She tried to just think about other things, anything to distract her from her surroundings on the fairly short ride. Β She was tempted to close eyes too, but instead just tried to look at the floor of the train as best she could.

While Ranna had always been on the short side, even when just compared to most other girls her age, the size disparity between her and other people became even more apparent now that she was surrounded by boys. His tall frame leaning over her,Β even though every single person in the trolley towered over her, Kappei was probably the one that really made her feel small. He was like a massive tree beneath which she was hiding. Reaching just below his chest, she couldn't even look into his eyes right now without craning her neck.

"Don't worry, we'll be there shortly." Kappei told her, interpreting her silence as her being bothered by how packed the train was. His concern for other people was one of his more favorable traits. However, maybe it would have been better if he had worried a little more about himself too. As she was looking down towards the floor, it was impossible for Ranna not to notice now that Kappei's flyer was open.

Ranna was used to height differences. Β She had always been short. Β It was a little more noticeable here and maybe even helped her not be seen, though she was sure a number of the others saw her get on. Β Unfortunately, no matter where she looked, there was something she preferred not to see. Β Maybe she should have closed her eyes after all. Β She sighed softly β€œEven wearing a uniform, maybe you need Reiko’s help to get dressed. Β Maybe she can replace your clothes too, while she’s helping.” Β She could only hope he was capable of figuring out what she meant.

Maybe it was the dangerous situation they were in, or maybe it was just that Ranna was being overly cryptic, but Kappei really had no idea what she was talking about. Why was she talking about his clothes? And what was that remark about Reiko assisting him? The only thing that came to mind was that Ranna was getting back at him for not standing up for her more against her sister. When Ranna married him, Reiko would become his sister-in-law. Was she warning him that her older sister would start trying to make him the perfect husband for her little sister?

"Isn't it a wife's job to help her husband get dressed, though?" He joked back at her, still unaware that his flyer had been left open. He wasn't sure why she had chosen to tease him about his clothes, but if she wanted to talk about what he wore and how he dressed, maybe he should mention the color of her panties and see what kind of reaction he could get out of her?

β€œAnd I’ve been pretty clear about who is a better wife for you.” Β Ranna responded with slight irritation. Β If anything, she was only more convinced at the moment that Reiko was the perfect match for him. Β She was still not committed to that idea in any way yet. Β She was more annoyed he could not figure it out, granted she was trying not to look at it, but she thought it would have still been obvious. Β β€œYour pants. Β Fix them.” Β She could only hope that was obvious enough.

Kappei glanced down and finally noticed what Ranna had been bugging him about. His flyer was undone and it was bothering her. So that was it? Her innocence really was adorable. Stuck in the trolley like this, she had actually become perturbed by something as insignificant as his pants being unzipped. But was this really a problem for her, or was she just acting out because she was already upset?

"That's kinda difficult to do right now." He explained, hoping she would understand. He had placed her against the wall like this because it would allow him to cover her from anyone trying to be frisky with her. If he started to move about and use one of his hands to zip up his pants, then they would draw more attention. It would also mean that he wouldn't be able to protect that side if he moved his hand away.

"If you don't wanna fix it yourself, please just bare with it until we get off the train." He doubted she was going to pull up his flyer for him, seeing as how bothered she was with it. But then again, maybe being aware of it being open was worse than fixing his clothes? Personally, if he was in her situation, he wouldn't even have mentioned it until they had gotten off the trolley, so he didn't really know how she would react here.

It was more annoying than anything, intentionally or not, Ranna also considered it a reminder of what she was trying to be pushed into. Β Saying; β€˜you’re a girl, right? Β This should excite you.’ Β That and there just being less fabric between her and what was under it. Β She would feel better about it if it was zipped up, though she was not thrilled about the lack of space, either. Β It was also much less appealing if she was the one who had to do the zipping. Β She was wrestling with whether or not she wanted to just deal with it until they were off the train. Β β€œI get it, I get it, you are used to doing this with actual girls here. Β The sort who probably get all excited about it. Β Too bad, that’s not me.” Β She only somewhat honestly believed that was actually true, it would not be that surprising if it was at least.

Kappei couldn't blame Ranna for taking it out on him again. Stuck on a train like this, he imagined that lashing out probably relieved some of her stress. But it still hurt. He was doing his best to keep her safe here and protect her. Taking advantage of her was the last thing he wanted.

"No, excited girls would just leave my flyer open." He told Ranna. She was still a child, no matter how smart she was. Why was he even responding to her jeer? When a child misbehaved, you did not argue with them; instead, you corrected their behavior. Kappei glanced down at Ranna again and sighed. He could feel his penis grow hard as he imagined pulling her over his lap and spanking her. Thankfully, he wasn't hard enough for it to be really visible.

β€œβ€¦Of course this turns you on…”. Ranna muttered. Β That made things much more complicated. Β For now it was not too bad, but it was getting more difficult to avoid seeing it without closing her eyes, and she did not want to guess how much worse it would be if it got fully erect. Β As much as she did not want to, she felt she had to do something about this. Β β€œJust don’t get any ideas about why I’m doing this.” She certainly was not doing it as his β€˜wife’. Β She hesitatingly reached forward to try to zip it up, but doing her best not see or feel more than she had to, trying to keep the zipper out enough to close but avoid any contact between their bodies.

As Ranna reached for the zipper and grabbed the piece of metal, the train suddenly shook heavily and made her trip forward. Her hand open, she suddenly found herself grabbing Kappei's crotch through his trousers. Or more precisely, his penis. Kappei had been worried about Ranna's safety all this time and used his body to protect her from being groped. The last thing he would have thought would happen was that she would grope him!

His expression stoic, he knew full well that what had happened was just an accident. If he called attention to it, then he would just embarrass the girl far more than she already was. With this in mind, he kept a blank expression on his face; unfortunately, he couldn't do anything about his penis. Already a bit hard from his thoughts of spanking Ranna, his large penis was quickly growing much harder in her small hand.

Β

OOC: His penis wasn't really hard enough for her to notice though. If possible, maybe you could rewrite that part?

Ranna’s mind went blank for a second, not really sure how to react or process that. Β Once it fully registered what had happened her hand snapped back, her eyes closed and she desperately tried to turn around, not really wanting to look at Kappei or anything else on the train. Β She desperately hoped they were almost at their stop by now. Β The whole ride had been awkward enough to feel much longer than it was, and make it harder to get a sense of how close they were.
Β

OOC: Didn’t have time to yet but will fix it later.

Ranna had grabbed onto Kappei's penis and held it for almost a good five seconds before she yanked her hand away. A part of Kappei had wished she had not let go, and that part was still growing bigger. A tent had formed in his trousers now, so it far more noticeable that his zipper was open.

Ranna squirmed and turned around in front of him, obviously not thinking clearly and having already forgotten his warning. He could understand why she was doing it, but she was drawing attention to them! As she turned around, Ranna's hip brushed up against Kappei's thigh, almost brushing up against his growing tent. She didn't have to look at him when she was turned around like this, but to anyone looking at them, it seemed she had just shifted herself into position for something sexual. It was still a while before their stop, and Kappei knew that anyone watching them right now was hoping for a show. If they didn't provide their audience with one, then the audience might decide to get involved.Β

Ranna just stood there, trying to stay oblivious to her surroundings. Β Right now she was too embarrassed to care about anything else. Β If she was thinking about it, she would consider this a test. Β It was Kappei’s chance to Β prove he could, at least sometimes, protect her from the masses like he seemed to think. Β Right now she just wished the lingering feeling on her hand would go away, stop reminding her she touched THAT. Β It was giving her flashbacks to the ride last night, wondering how she had been tempted to join the crowd that time. Β She had no idea why she was thinking the way she had been then, being drunk did not seem to explain it enough. Β At the same time she did not really get why she was embarrassed as she was about an accident like that.
