Wishing For a Sister (SataiRolePlayingGuy x Jae)

Recommended Posts

There she was.  Hikaru had expected Umi to come looking for her.  She was just glad they finished their conversation before she did.  Girlfriend, or not, she could not really expect Umi to believe her if she tried to explain the full story of what was going on.  "Oh, sorry.  That was Aki, my little sister.  She wanted some advice."  She supposed she could say it was boyfriend related, but anything more would be too unbelievable.  She was happy though.  They were in an isolated enough space, temporarily able to drop the illusion they put up for others, that they were just friends.  Though they still had to be careful, just in case someone did come walking by.  This was one of the few times in a day where they could be more open about it.  Usually eating together, as a couple, in a more isolated spot.  "I can go grab my lunch, if you didn't, we should still have plenty of time."

Yuki of course was looking for his girlfriend too.  Unlike Hikaru and Umi most people in both their classes were aware of the relationship.  There was no attempt to keep it secret.  When he did not see Aki, he naturally went to Rin, to try to figure out if his girlfriend was sick, or if something else was going on.  He had not seen her in the morning, but that did not necessarily mean anything.  Rin looked up from her lunch, when she saw the boy appear.  "Hmmm, looking for Aki?  Haven't seen her since lunch started.  My guess is she is upstairs, visiting her sister.  She seems to be bothered by something today, but no idea what.  She might be eating up there, or coming back down soon, I dunno."

Yuki nodded.  "Thanks, Rin."  He stepped out of the classroom and waited, a little concerned, but hoped it was not anything major.  He would wait at least a little longer, to see if Aki came back down in time to eat.  He wondered if he should try to take her somewhere after class, to see if that helped her feel any better.  He certainly hoped what was bothering her had nothing to do with them.  He was trying to do this right, not move things too fast or make things uncomfortable for Aki.  They would ease themselves gradually into things that came with a more serious relationship.

Umi smiles, holding up both of their lunches. "Don't worry about that, i've got them here." Walking into the little corner to join Hikaru in the slightly dim stairway, she sat down on the second step of the secluded staircase leading to the rooftop. "You must be a good sister. Time to eat." she tells Hikaru, handing the other girl her lunch as she opened hers up. She was more than happy that they managed to get a little moment like this to themselves, where they could do anything they wanted and act all couple-like. Naturally, she sat closer than usual to Hikaru. She wondered just how far they could take their relationship, really losing herself in how pretty she found Hikaru to be.

On the other hand, Aki had went back downstairs to head to Yuki's class. The sudden sight of Yuki right next to her class door was what greeted her, and she was startled to find him waiting for her. "A-Ah, hey Yuki." she says, stuttering a little. It was clear she was a bit nervous. She also managed to get a glimpse of Yuki's male form for the first time, and thought he was pretty attractive. As expected of her past girlfriend, a total looker. "So this is my... 'boyfriend'." The thought slowly crossed her mind as she tried to work out in a panic what she really wanted to say to him. The goal was just to find out more about their relationship.

A good sister?  Hikaru felt a little guilty hearing that.  Thinking back to how things had been when Aki was the older brother.  Of course a bother/sister relationship was different than two sisters, and her technically being the older one now changed things as well.  She wanted to do better, help Aki adjust to being a girl, rebuild their childhood closeness.  But she would have to see how well she could do.  “I’d like to think so.”  She cautiously agreed, hoping it became more true later.

She leaned into Umi as she sat next to her, and started eating.  She had always been fascinated by her, since learning what she was, something of a mix of boy and girl, but more girl than boy.  Both physically and in other areas.  It had not taken long after finding that out that both realized they liked each other and secretly started dating.  Hikaru did like boys, but felt something more with Umi.  Their relationship had gradually been becoming more serious.

Yuki was used to his girlfriend being shy, though she seemed a little more so today.  He kind of got what Rin was saying.  Maybe something was bothering her.  The easiest thing was to treat things casually for now, hopefully she would calm down as they ate, or tell her what was wrong. “Hey, Aki.  Wanna come over to the usual lunch spot?”  He gestured to the door to his class, where they usually ate together.  Sure, a few got jealous, but the majority thought it was cute to see the couple eating together.  They were given their space and Aki might get over any embarrassment she felt over the situation pretty quick.

"Ah, of course!" Aki answers, a little nervously. Sheepishly, she followed Yuki into his class to have lunch. While it was pretty much the same as before, with several people watching them as they ate, it somehow felt different this time. It was possible that the presence of many unfamiliar faces made herself feel more uneasy. A quick look at Yuki confirmed that right now at least, the girl didn't find herself too attracted to her boyfriend and was still stuck up on the Yuki she knew and loved. At the very least, she wanted to respect the boy and not ruin their relationship, knowing that he was technically still her girlfriend. As usual, they both sat on one side of Yuki's table around the inner back corner of the class and had their lunch. For a reason she did not know, she was shy to start asking questions. There had to be some kind of way to ask without making things seem awkward. "How close do you think we are right now, Yuki?" she asked softly, leaning in more towards him to hide from some of the stares.

Umi let Hikaru rest her head on her shoulders as she slowly ate. She was well aware that her condition was super rare, and has been slightly insecure about it. For the most part, she'd never even considered telling anyone but some of her closest friends. However, her girlfriend now, Hikaru, was a friend she quickly made as Hikaru approached her on the first day of school. There had been a period of silence between the two once an accident revealed Umi's condition to Himaru, but Umi was surprised to hear that Hikaru was not bothered by it, even being the first to accept her for it. With that, she fell in love. She had noticed that her lover was bothered by something, but didn't really want to pry into it. "Gimme one of those." she pleaded endearingly to her girlfriend while she looked down at the sausages in Hikaru's lunchbox. She wanted to lighten the mood and opened her mouth for the bite, "Ahh.."

Hikaru blushed a little when Umi asked for some of her food.  It wasn’t the first time they had done this.  They had done more than ‘indirect’ kissing too by this point, but she enjoyed these little moments, where she got the chance to ‘openly’ be Umi’s girlfriend.  It helped distract her a bit too.  She wanted to hope for the best, that Aki got comfortable with her now boyfriend.  Spending this time with Umi was probably the best way.  She took one of the sausages into her chopsticks and held them up to Umi’s mouth.

Was that what was concerning Aki, Yuki wondered?  Questions about where their relationship was?  Did she think things were moving too fast, or did she maybe want to get closer?  Maybe they should go out tonight.  Though he had to think pretty quick on where to invite her.  “I like you a lot, Aki.  We’ve been having a lot of fun together, I think.”  He was slightly concerned that she asked a such a question.  He tried to see if it was because she thought he should take a step to make the relationship a little more serious.  “We have been being pretty casual about it.  Were you asking because you wanted our next date to be something more romantic?”  He hoped that it was it, she seemed like the sort of girl who might like that sort of thing, he should have seen it sooner.

Aki seemed to heap a sigh, relieved when the boy mentioned that they were casual about it. Not much had changed from when she was a boy. Her overall mood improved, but she her thoughts still revolved around if she could come to like Yuki as a boyfriend, or would she sadly have to cut ties with him. She daydreamed for a second. She really doubted she could be into boys, but feeling extremely bad for Yuki if she were to just leave, wanted to give him a chance and try to make it work. "Well, if you think that's better then... try it." she says, a little shakily. She figured answering 'Nothing's wrong' again would put her out of place. "I think I want to go on dates and stuff more." The girl rubbed her legs close together anxiously and she blushed intensely. She tried to focus on having lunch, but it was too awkward to ask a thing like that to someone she still considered the same sex.

Umi couldn't help but love how shy her girlfriend got when she did something even slightly intimate. Her blushed face was just adorable. She grinned as she bit down on the sausage held to her mouth, "Their delicious." Even so, Hikaru still looked so worried about something. She knew nothing about what was bothering her, but she wanted to be next to her, there for her. She looked straight into Hikaru's eyes as she chewed it. "By the way," Umi says after swallowing, "Do you want to go on a date after school? Anywhere, I want to spend today with you." She took some of Hikaru's hair and twirled it around her finger as some playful affection.

Hikaru knew how Umi got when she acted like this.  She could not help it, her girlfriend’s reactions were part of the cause, she like being treated like that and it was fairly rare that she was.  Though she understood why Umi was as secretive as she was about what she was.  The fact their relationship was mostly a secret did not bother her.

Even their dates were mostly things where people around them either thought they were friends, or at most were unsure.  She was clearly enjoying the hair twirling too.  She had to think a bit about where to go though.  She liked the idea of something they would have privacy at least part of the time.  “Kind of like the idea of the beach, though that might be better for the weekend.”  She began thinking of ideas, some possibly today, some later.  Of course Umi had to be more careful with swimsuits, but at the beach at least, they could probably keep enough distance from other people to avoid anything being noticed.

Yuki thought Aki was being a little more shy than usual, but it was cute in a way.  He was happy she was supportive of the idea.  He wanted to think of something good, something that could take the relationship another step forward, a little more serious.  But not drastically, he might have been a boy, but he did not want to rush her into anything.  He was up for her own ideas, what she thought was romantic.  But as the boyfriend, and this being his idea, it was only right that he at least make the first suggestion.

Aki and Hikaru had gone to the shrine for new year’s.  Of course there were still other celebrations going on for that for a little longer.  “You want to go to the festival after class today?”  That seemed like a good first idea.  Aki could suggest something else too, if she preferred.

"We could go to the beach over the weekend, if you'd like." Umi answered. Her girlfriend seemed to enjoy the way she was caressing her hair, so she continued on, getting a little closer to her too. "There's nothing wrong going on with you, is there Hikaru?" she asked. "Umi's here, you can spit it all out." She wanted more than anything to comfort or reassure her in any way, since it felt like she's been bothered today. "How about a movie? Or ice skating? There's a place at the mall." she suggested to her. For awhile now, Umi had wanted to get closer to Hikaru too, and be more open about their relationship some day.

A festival. Aki seemed to be fond of the idea as nodded, having not been to one since the prior year. That time was with Yuki too. She wondered if the festivals would be different this year. A date with her boyfriend was now set up, and she decided for herself that she would try her best to just enjoy it. "I'd love to." she says after that, now grinning as she enjoyed her food. She had not fully accepted the boy as her lover just yet, but he definitely gave off the same vibes and personality as 'Yuki' did. It wasn't impossible to see past the genders when thinking romantically.

Hikaru could not say it, could she?  She trusted Umi, would have liked to tell her, even hoped she actually believed her but she knew how completely insane it sounded.  Even if Umi's memories had not been rewritten nearly as much as many.  She had occasionally mentioned she had had a brother but it wasn't something that had ever really talked much about.  But still, to tell her her brother not only became a sister, but was now the younger sibling instead of the older.  She truly hated lying to Umi, but how could she tell the truth?  "Don't worry about me." She said, shaking her head with a smile.  A movie gave them the quiet, in the dark, that was nice.  At least as long as it wasn't a crowded one.  But her other idea sounded interesting.  "Maybe we could do some of both, if get there early enough.  It sounds fun, doing the skating either before or after the movie."  She was looking forward to going to the beach as well.  She did have to think about how to help Aki, what advice to give her, but it was nice to have some time with Umi as well.

Yuki was happy Aki was getting more enthusiastic about it.  He thought it was a good way to spend some time together, maybe get a little closer to his girlfriend.  It was certainly a good variety of things to do.  Maybe see Aki dressed up nice walking around, maybe into the evening, doing the various activities.  Aki could feel better that he was not likely to do anything that made her uncomfortable.  If Hikaru's theory was correct, the only thing Aki had to prepare herself for was kissing, but Yuki did not overdo that either, only when the moment seemed right.  "I figure you want to get changed for something like that.  Should we meet there?  What do you think would be a good time?"  Well, maybe one other thing to adjust for, dressing up for a date, as a girl.

Umi closed her eyes and buried her face in her girlfriend's hair . "How can I not worry? Hikaru always worries a lot about stuff." she replies, teasing her a little. "Really don't hesitate to tell me, if it makes you feel even a little better," she says, "I promise i'll hear you out." She was glad Hikaru liked her suggestions, and hoped that the date would calm her down. "If that's so, meet me right after school." she told her, smiling out of excitement.

Aki just about finishes her food, before timidly nodding to his questions. "Let's meet maybe two hours after school." she answers. She blushed again, but smiled this time as she did. That should be enough time to get home and change into something nice before going. Just then, the keyword 'change' ran through Aki's mind. It was obvious, but she hadn't considered that she would have more problems with girly clothing. What did girls usually wear? Should she just try to copy what Yuki wore as a girl? She would have more time to think on it as she turned her head to the clock and noted that lunch break was almost over.

Hikaru could not help but blush when Umi did that.  Her ways of showing affection could be be strange at times, but she like it and knew that she cared about her.  She was starting to think about actually saying it.  Crazy as it was, Umi would probably at least listen.  “I don’t worry that much.”  She protested, though without much confidence, wondering if if was actually true.  “I’ll be there.”  She agreed to the meeting, expecting to have a good time.

Yuki nodded, agreeing to the time, finding Aki’s reactions cute.  He did wonder how much and in what ways she would dress up.  This was something more than what they had done so far.  He would not be surprised if she dressed more than she usually did.  He looked forward to the surprise and the fun they would likely have.  Unfortunately with lunch ending he would not get a chance to get a hint, or talk to Aki about anything else.

Umi pouts hearing the bell ring, clearly annoyed that her time with Hikaru was cut short, but she had a reason to be excited now. "Let's walk back to class." she says, tightly hugging the girl before walking back out into the hallway lights. She was really anticipating the meeting after school as it was also the first one in awhile.

Aki now found herself in a situation she really didn't want to be alone in, dressing up for a date. She wanted to ask Hikaru to pick an outfit for her but wasn't sure if she was busy or anything. Aki gave a small wave back to Yuki as she hurried out the classroom to get back to her own class.

Hikaru hugged Umi back, excited about what was coming, unfortunately she would not have time to help Aki with that problem, if she became aware of it.  She had hoped to help give Aki some advice on being a girl tonight, or answer questions, or something like that.  But there would not be a lot of time for that.  She did not get a lot of chances to go out with Umi and hated to miss the chance.

Rin watched Aki return giving her a knowing, teasing smile.  She had a vague guess what the two of them might have agreed to.  The date itself. If not the specifics.  Unfortunately for Aki, she did not have the experience to give much advice for what to wear on a date.  General life long girl experience was not specific enough for that sort of thing.

Upon returning to class, Aki's mind went on and on about the date with Yuki. Not only did she feel weird about being excited for a date with a boy, but she was still concerned over how to dress, and what to do during the date. As a man before, he'd hold Yuki's hand, and take her around, treat her well and buy her gifts, but he was in Yuki's role now. She pouted at Rin knowing full well she was teasing her, and decided to focus on class to distract herself.

They burned through the day quickly and school was over. Aki waved to Rin again before leaving the classroom, not quite in a hurry but hastily nonetheless. She got her phone out as she reached the first floor. She wanted to call her sister for help and go home together, but she was met by a voice beside her. "Hey uhm.. little sister. Hikaru's going with me today, sorry about that." Umi told her. She was waiting by the stairs for Hikaru. Aki looked at her, not really recognising the girl. One of Hikaru's friends maybe? But it wasn't nice to hear that her sister was busy.

Yuki of course went off to make his own preparations for their date.  Rin, figuring something was going also went off on her own after class, she would try to figure out what happened in the morning.  Possibly with many many questions, that she would insist on getting answers to.

Hikaru came upon the unexpected pair at the stairs.  She had not expected to see them together.  That probably meant something happened that Aki wanted help with.  This was going to be a little awkward.  When she told Aki about her girlfriend, she did not name her.  She would leave it up to Umi whether or not to make that clear, unsure if Umi would be comfortable with her telling Aki.  Though she also did not know if Umi already introduced herself.  “Sorry, Aki.  We ended up making plans for tonight.  We should still have some time to talk tonight after I get home.  Nothing came up that you needed to talk about right away, did it?”

Aki turns her head to Hikaru as she comes into frame. It would appear the other girl was telling the truth, and Hikaru was booked for the day. She looked down at herself, her school uniform and pictured what clothes she'd possibly put on for later, but couldnt get a clear visual, frowning a little. However, she did not want to bother her sister while she was about to go enjoy herself with her friend. The older sibling sub-concious in her roared as she felt a little bad if she were to burden her 'little sister'. "It's nothing.." she says, beginning to walk off while giving off a smile so that Hikaru doesn't worry. "Bye, I gotta go first!" She waves back to the pair before picking up the speed and full sprinting out the school gates. Umi stared and watched her travel all the way until the end, slightly confused, but more baffled than anything. The little girl did look sad for a moment. "Shall we go?" she asks, turning to Hikaru.

Hikaru could not help but think there was something Aki would have asked, if she had known.  But hopefully it was not something that would cause her trouble, or could wait until later.  She decided to tell Umi what she told Aki.  “…When we were talking earlier, I did tell her I had a girlfriend…and that she was a Futa.  But I did not say anything else, looks like she did not figure out it was you.  Mostly told her because she was looking for some advice with her boyfriend.”  Was that what this was about?  Well hopefully things were going well enough there.  Aki did not seem too uncomfortable.  She would have to ask about that later.

With a nod and smile, she turned towards the door.  “Yeah, I’m ready.  Let’s go.”

Upon getting home, Aki takes her shoes off and places them on the rack before walking to the upstairs bathroom. She did run the whole way from school to home, and was sweating profusely, but she realised that she didn't need to be in any rush. Their meeting time was later into the afternoon, and she had a one or two hours to spare. The first thing would be a take a shower, and she wanted to quickly get that done with. Face red as she undressed, it still felt wrong to look at such a young girl's naked body she thought, as she stared down at her skinny bare chest, stomach and legs. It was supposed to be her body now, yet she couldn't get used to things all that fast either. She opted to sit quietly in the bathtub filled with water and wash her tiny body with her eyes closed. It was less embarrassing this way, and somehow calmed her from her worries about choosing and outfit and how the date will go.

She'd eventually get out and dry her body, and drying a girl's long hair was more draining than it should have been. She was now in her room looking in the mirror as she stood wrapped up only in a towel. She had taken a quick browse through her wardrobe and found lots of clothes she'd never even seen before. She planned a brief fitting session, since she still had time, and tried on various outfits. Even if she didn't favor becoming a girl, Aki had to admit that she was blessed with good looks as a girl. She liked the look of all the clothes on herself and wasn't sure on choosing just one. Something like this gave her more confidence about her presentation during the meeting later. She loved a lot of these outfits, though she still would have preferred having Hikaru's help because she didn't know any taboos or particular tips about dressing up as a girl. Anything normal would be best, and she ended up wearing a sweater and a miniskirt with a cute necklace and earrings. Yuki used to always dress something like this, she reminisced. She didn't find herself to be very good at it, but she tried tying some braid around her hair to make it look better, and thought it turned out okay. "Would Yuki like this?" she asked herself, staring at herself the mirror. However, she didn't feel worried anymore, and smiled at the cheerful girl in the mirror before going off without another thought.

With her, she brought a small handbag she found in her room, which seemed to replace the sling bag he always carried around as a boy, and some other essentials like her phone and wallet. Her body began to tense up as she approached the festival venue. She was definitely anxious turning and looking around for Yuki, even though she arrived a little earlier than planned. She hoped he didn't mind that. It made it hard to hear anything with the noise of the crowd.

It was not too long before Yuki found Aki.  He had come on the early side, just in case Aki did, and also to have a little look around.  He was a bit dressed up, though had not wanted to over do it for something like this.  Wearing a nice shirt and jeans.  It looked like something they could have a lot of fun with.  Though he did not have many plans, more inclined to walk around and see what interested Aki.  Not wanting to surprise her, he made sure to step in front of her, waving with a smile.  He thought she looked nice, but crowded and noisy as it was, he preferred to find an area somewhat more quiet before saying anything.

Aki scurried a little seeing Yuki pop into her vision. She was still startled even though he came from the front. Her shock quickly turned into an embarrassed smile as she meekly waved back. "There he is..!" she thought, internally begging herself not to panic. To her, this was definitely something she shouldn't get nervous about. Mostly sure that she had the same idea as Yuki did, she followed him to a quieter spot behind one of the stalls. Taking another look at Yuki now as she stopped, a boy quite a bit taller than her and now the so called 'dominant' one in the relationship. She had yet to process how she really felt about being a girl now on the social relationship side of things.

Yuki slowly walked down the festival grounds, with Aki at his side.  For now at least, trying to see if there was anything that stood out that she wanted to do.  Whether it be her doing it, watching him do it, or the two of them doing it together.  “You look nice.”  He said, with a little shyness.  Not wanting to overdo it, but wanting to be sure to compliment her.  “Do you see anything that looks interesting?”  Give Aki the chance to decide first, either something they already saw, or something she knew was into the grounds, that she wanted to do.

Aki couldn't help but fidget walking along beside Yuki as her heart beated so rapidly. She couldn't identify if she was nervous or excited in the moment, thinking about so many things as they walked. Should she get in a little closer to him maybe? Was she feeling anxious because she still felt like she wouldn't be able to accept Yuki as a boy, or was it the opposite?

"Thanks." she replied while blushing at his compliment. She tried not to look too discontent even though she really wasn't. She would distract herself by finding something they could do around the festival. A lot of things looked interesting, and they certainly were welcoming. Many lotteries, food and brewed tea, merch, and even some carnival games, as expected of a New Years festival.

"Everything looks pretty good, doesn't it?" she said. "Apparently there are fireworks later as well." That was certainly something to look forward to. "How about that?" she asks, pointing to a game stall right to their left. It was a game with prizes  won by shooting down the objects stacked on each other. Aki recalled never being able to win any prizes as a kid, and even at her 'current age', suddenly having a new look of determination on her face.

Yuki thought Aki was feeling a little different than usual. He hoped it was just excitement though.  She did not seem unhappy.  He smiled and nodded when she mentioned the fireworks.  That was the sort of romantic moment he hoped for.  “I hear they should be rather impressive.”  Just watching that sort of thing with his girlfriend did make it sound more appealing than normal.  She was right too, in that there was a lot to choose from.

He looked over to her first choice of activity.  That did look like fun.  Maybe they could win something interesting too, though he had never much luck there either.  He looked over the prizes.  “Sure!  You want to give it a try?  Anything specific you hope to win?”  Whether Aki won or not, he would making a try too, after her.

Aki scanned through the prizes available on the wall. Eventually, she found her goal.  A shark plush with the tag on it saying, 'Knock over at least 3 objects with 1 bullet'. "That one." Aki tells her boyfriend as she points to it. "Let's go do it!" she says, taking Yuki's hand and running toward the stall. Strangely enough, this date hasn't felt so awkward so far. Maybe, just maybe, she could love Yuki again despite the gender switch. She was meant to be a girl now after all, it was something she had to accept.

spacer.png

(They are stacked like this.)

Aki paid the sum and quickly took up the rifle. In a strategic sense, the only way to knock over three was hitting the bottom middle cup. This would make the two cups in the second row as well as the cup at the top collapse inward. She resolved herself with a serious look as she took her time aiming.

Bang! but it misses. Her bullet instead flew through the crack in between the two cups in the second row. "Ah.." she sighs, sounded heavily disappointed. "Still can't get it.."

Yuki was happy to have Aki run holding his hand like that.  Not seeing much of her previous discomfort.  It was really feeling like a date now.  Her choice of prize was pretty cute too.  He hoped she could get it.  He silently watched her try.  It was unfortunate that she missed.  “Let me give it a try.”  He paid and took the gun.  “Let’s each give it at least two tries if this doesn’t work.”  He tried to aim carefully, like Aki had.  Taking his time, he eventually fired.  Going just above the cup.  He sighed, a little disappointed too, but not ready to give up.  “You want to try again next, or should I try again?”  He did not want to waste too much time or money here, but he did not want to give up quickly either.
