Silvina flicked her fingers in a slightly dismissive gesture, before she said, “She’s a good child. She won’t judge for it. Besides, she’s had sex before… with me.” She smirked slightly as she revealed that small piece of information to him, before adding, “So she won’t be surprised in the slightest.” She didn’t add that Alvina would have expected it, since she knew very well what the effects of the milk were. She would have been far more surprised if Silvina and David didn’t have sex. Her smirk shifted into a warm smile before she told him gently, “Don’t worry, dear. It will be completely fine. She will be discreet if you ask her to. And she’s a sweet child, I think you would like her.”

To stop David from further fussing, Silvina picked up her phone and pressed the quick dial to ring the reception. She lifted the receiver to her ear and when Alvina picked up, she said, “Come to the office, dear. David needs some clothes washing, and I need you to show him the way.” She put the phone down, and a moment later the door opened and the small elf girl entered. Alvina could smell the scent of sex instantly, and she blushed slightly but otherwise didn’t say anything. She looked at David and smiled at him, “Come on, I’ll help get your clothes washed and cleaned before you leave, sir.” She said, giving him a slight bow which helped hide her blushing cheeks. She was a little embarrassed because she was so new to all of this, but she didn’t outwardly make a comment because she could see that David looked similarly uncomfortable. She didn’t want to make him anymore uncomfortable. She straightened before giving him a sweet smile which she hoped would help him relax.

*Okay, now this was getting even more weird. Did Silvina, his new boss, just say what David thought she said? That she had sex with her own daughter?! Now if this turned out to be some sort of joke or that he was on some sort of TV show made for shock value then he wanted to go away now. Unfortunately for David, he wasn't so lucky that he was not real. Or perhaps he was very lucky and didn't know it. Either way, he was going to have to deal with it. Before he could say anything, Silvina called her daughter on the phone and told her that he needed some clothes washed. Alvina, the receiptionist David had met earlier and Silvina's daughter arrived quickly which didn't give David enough time to gather his thoughts. In fact, he was still stunned by all the shit that was going on today including that 'little' revelation about incest. He looked rather lost and confused now, though not looking like he was going to faint any time soon. Though he was not going to really much now because he had no words for this situation. It became obvious that Alvina was going to have to push David out of there because he had no idea what he was doing.*

Alvina looked at her mother as David still seemed to be in a state of shock. Silvina shrugged at her, before saying, “Drag the dear boy out. I need to make some phone calls to let people know that the position has been filled.” She smiled at Alvina, who nodded her head in understanding before she looked at David, “Come on. I’ll get you to the washing machines nice and discretely.” She said before coming over and taking his arm with her hand. Now that she was closer, she had a much closer look at his face and he looked absolutely stunned as if he couldn’t quite believe anything he was being told. It made Alvina wonder what her mother had told him. Her mother could be a little forward at times, she felt, but that didn’t make Alvina love her any less.

She tugged on David’s arm, forcibly pulling at him to take him out of the office and into the reception area. Once she had achieved that small goal, she closed the office door behind her to leave her mother in privacy. She gave David another smile as she kept her grip on his arm as she took him through another set of doors that were locked to staff only. She began to pull him down as she said, “We’ve got a small flat on site for some of our staff. They have washing facilities so not only will they have a washer and dryer, but also laundry detergent so we can have them clean as a whistle. You don’t have any allergies to anything that I need to know about, do you?”

*Samantha was definitely not sure what the girl was planning but it seemed like it involved stealing her stuff back from Mr Enron. She had to admit, that was rather surprising and something she did not expect out of this girl, giving that she had been acting like the classic girl scout/honour student type all this time. Well, that she could give the girl credit for...for having balls. How on earth she was planning on doing it, she had no idea. There didn't seem to be anyway for her to get it back without getting caught. But she seemed so confident and self assured. Was this really the best thing to do? Unfortunately for Samantha, she had no other alternative but to trust this strange girl. "Okay, looks like I have no choice but too." Samantha said, looking rather stressed out. "You better not do anything stupid, you hear?"

Before Samantha left Alez to go home, she decided to tell her the address of her flat so that they could meet up later...if there was a later.

Location: Outside Mr. Enron's Office Building

Alez took note of Samantha's address before watching the girl leave. Just as Sam was out of site, Alez quickly ran into a nearby alleyway to take a deep breath. She closed her eyes and, soon, she began to give off a faint glow before her wings began to spread out from her back. At this point, she was completely invisible to anyone who did not explicitly have the ability to see divine beings. With her body now formed entirely of light, she could feel her whole body becoming weightless. She turned her attention back to the building she had just left, spread her wings, and began flying straight toward that room where that guard had brought her amulet.

As she flew through the building, she was very careful not to be seen. Even if she was invisible to most, she still had her suspicions that Mr. Enron wasn't entirely human. If that were the case, he may have the ability to see her. Beyond that, there could easily be other people with abnormal traits just like him throughout the building. She made her way toward the vault by traveling through the walls of the building to avoid being in direct line of sight. It wasn't long before she arrived at the vault and began looking through the various items. "Alright, let's see here... I'm sure they brought the pendant here somewhere..."

*David offered little resistance to Alvina, who had to essentially pull him out of the office since he was too stunned to move. That state of stunned stupor wouldn't last long though, David regained awareness when they successfully left the office, Alvina closing the door behind them. He meekly following the elf girl towards the staff only area, finding that he had lost his tongue momentarily due to how awkward the situation seemed to him. He hoped that when he got picked up, that Alleyne would not ask him too many questions. He was going to have a rather hard time to explain any of this to her...or anybody. As they approached another set of doors, Alvina asked him if he was allergic to any laundry detergents or fabric softener. David blinked for a few seconds before answering with a weak, "Umm...no, I don't think so..." before realising the girl was holding his hand. Now, he had never had his hand held by a cute girl before, let alone an elf girl. This was going to be an issue because he had a HUGE thing for elves, especially ones with large busts. Now, there was really no reason for it, to his mind, it was just what he liked.

“Good.” Alvina responded with a smile at David when he had answered her question. It meant that she didn’t have to bother with finding something that would be safe for him. She kept her grip on his hand, holding it securely as she pushed open a door to outside, where they could see a large building nearby. She pointed it out to him, “There’s the flat. The washing room is on the ground floor, so it’s not far.” She told him, leading him down the path which was lined with flowers and bushes to make it scenic. She smiled as she watched a group of bees hovering around a lavender plant, ecstatically landing on the small purple flowers before leaving a few moments later.

When Alvina reached the door that accessed the building, she reached into her pocket and pulled out a key fob which she pressed against a small smooth piece of plastic above a keypad to the right of the door. A beep sounded in their ears before a green button lit up. She took hold of the door and opened it up before dragging David inside as she pocketed the key fob. They were in a small foyer, that had a small reception desk although no one was there at this moment in time but there was a small bell which could be rung. Alvina ignored this though, and took David through a door on her left which went into a long corridor and had several doors on either side. She took him to the first door on the right and took him inside, to reveal a large launderette with washing machines and dryers set out in neat lines. There was also a cupboard at the back which had laundry detergents of various kinds, as well as conditioners. Alvina closed the door and let go of David’s hand with a smile, “Here we are. All you need to do is strip and put your clothes in the washer and choose what things you want to use. Do you need any help with it?” She asked him, not sure if he had even done anything like this. She knew most of her friends at school had not, which was a worrying thing for her. But if David didn’t know anything, she was more than happy to help him.

*Fortunately for Alez, she wouldn't have had been so careful with the guards or the cameras in the building as they were human and couldn't see her. She could have even had a bit of fun at their expense and give the building a reputation of being haunted! Though that being said, being careful couldn't hurt and it could make good practice for her. As she made her way through the building, walking through the walls as if this were a video game as she had a 'no clip' cheat enabled, she could soon find the vault where her amulet would be. Now, it would take her a bit to find her stuff if she were reliant on just what the box looked like as there quite a few lockboxes here. If she could somehow see through the box or if her pendent glowed or something to stand out, it would be easier to find. For someone of her nature though, there would be something odd in the air near the back from the vault. Something did not feel right back there and someone of her kind would feel rather nervous getting back there. It would be like a strong unholy aura back there. What she wouldn't know was what was back there was a computer system of some sort. Though not an ordinary computer system and one she should not mess with.  Fortunately, the box with her pendant in it was not right in the back. It was actually just a bit before the aura would be rather noticeable.*

As Alez searched the room for her pendant, she couldn't help but notice a bizarre and all-too-familiar feeling that made the hair on the back of her neck stand on end. It felt like she wasn't alone, like there was something... someone... in the room with her. At first, she was worried it had been some sort of trap, like perhaps Mr. Enron was suspicious of her selling her pendant so easily and set up some sort of demonic trap to eliminate her. If she was going to continue searching for her pendant, she was going to have to investigate this threat first. Her pendant would be useless with a demonic entity nearby, anyway. She slowly glided over toward the source of the strange aura, remaining on guard as she steadily approached the source. She was confused to find not a monster or demon of any sort, but rather, some sort of computer?  She wasn't sure exactly what this computer was here for, but it was clear it served some unnatural purpose. Thankfully, it didn't seem to be an immediate threat, so she returned her attention to searching for her pendant.

It took her a few minutes to search through each lockbox until she finally found the one containing her pendant. She gleefully fit the pendant around her neck. With this out of the way, she would certainly have to return to Coelis to report her findings to Lady Caelisia. There was clearly more to this building than meets the eye and she would put all of her faith in Lady Caelisia's judgment. She began to leave the room, taking one last glance at the computer before leaving.

*As David was effectively being led by Alvina outside the building, he saw that they were heading towards another large building which Alvina said was the flat where the laundry was. All he could really do now was follow Alvina to the destination, as he had no idea how to get around this place. As they walked towards the flat, he could see that the path was lined with flowers and decorative bushes to make it look pretty. Though David had no gardening sense so he wouldn't appreciate the fact that it was nice, he could see that the wildlife liked it...especially the bees. He could see a small group of bees gathering around a lavender plant, collecting and spreading pollen. Now he knew that bees were useful for making honey and that was always good. Now when they arrived at the building, he saw Alvina take out some sort of keycard and press it against what he assumed was the reader to unlock the door. From the front door, he was only a short distance to the laundry area. He did wonder what the foyer was for and who else was in here, if anyone. Perhaps he could ask Alvina later. When they arrived at the laundry, he could see all the machines and the cupboard where he figured the laundry stuff was kept. When Alvina asked him if he needed help with it, he shook his head. He knew how to do his own laundry and as long as the machine was easy to understand, he'd have no issue with that task. He headed towards the cupboard and was about to get some of the detergents and fabric softener out when he realised that he'd have to strip in front of Alvina. Although she did say as much, he actually didn't take too much notice of it. Now, this was going to be a problem.*

"Wait...I have to strip?!" he asked, sounding rather shocked and surprised though it was kind of a given. He was more shocked that he was having to do it with a girl in the room than having to strip.

If she felt like it, she could eavesdrop on the guards and see what they had to say as that might indeed be rather interesting.*

"What the hell? That new alarm silent alarm system around the server room's gone funny again. It says someone's been in there! And I'm pretty sure that NO ONE has been in there since this afternoon!" one of the guards said to the other guard, who was the same one that Mr Enron had sent to deposit the lockbox in the vault. "Don't ask me, man. That alarm system is funky. Mr Enron says it can detect things that nothing else can."

Setting: A cafe, 2:34 PM.

If Ifrit were to be honest? Today was a shit day. It was raining and she hadn't brought a change of clothes, not to mention an umbrella; they were especially busy, more for shelter and food than anything, but that's not why Ifrit was upset about her day. She was upset because she was at work, simple as that. She could look out the window at the droplets splattering against the windows all day... Or rather for a very short amount of time before her attention was taken by something else, but nothing would sour her mood further, or faster, than manual labour. She had served a multitude of people today, none particularly interesting, however that was more because she didn't want to look them in the eyes than anything else.. She was feeling the bitch fuel today, it was overflowing, her capacity for niceties was at zero. At the very, very least, she got to go home early today due to the weather.

Her outfit was just the company uniform, no bullshit cutesy maid outfit, no bountilful cleavage to fill her actual clothes out, just a flat chest and a bog standard attire. The black and white top with a medium length black skirt, all very common waitress wears, made her no different than the rest. At least in something like this she didn't have to worry about every other guy trying to hit on her. The same couldn't be said for her general attire, however... She moved herself, forcefully kicking it into gear. With a notepad in one hand and a pen in the other she made her way to the next customer with the most neutral face her angry little body could muster.

Alez's heart dropped when she heard what the guards were saying. It seemed as though she'd tripped some sort of supernatural security system. Was it the computer? This only seemed to confirm her suspicions. She certainly wasn't safe here. For all she knew, there could be hunters lingering nearby Mr. Enron for celestials like herself. The last time she'd fought with a demon... she gulped at the very thought of something so horrific happening again. She could tell from the lack of aura given off by her pendant that, indeed, there was at least some demonic presence nearby. Taking any further action here was dangerous and unnecessary. While it would bring her pleasure to interfere with Mr. Enron's disgusting business, she would need Lady Caelisia's help to do so. With that thought in mind, she spread her wings and was about to dash out of the room when she realized the situation. Mr. Enron would know she was here. He could probably already tell that he was a celestial and if not, he certainly had some sort of demonic advisor to tell him. With his guards talking the way they were, he would know exactly who broke into his vault and exactly who to track down to draw her out... Sam... She began to grow nervous, causing her wings to slowly fade and her body to return to a human state. Her eyes widened as she begun to realize what was happening but she only began to panic more and ducked behind a nearby stack of boxes. "Shit, shit, shit..." She thought to herself. As she sat crouched in hiding. She took a moment to focus on her breathing.  "M-mother, please... please help me, I kneed help focusing, please..." Why did it have to be so complicated? It was supposed to be so easy! All she'd have to do is sneak in and sneak out, now that wasn't an option and her mind was too scattered to focus on balancing her emotions. Her ethereal form wasn't around anymore.

Alvina tilted her head slightly at the question, the corner of her lips upturning in a slight smile before she then giggled, “Well, it would be hard to watch your clothes if you’re still wearing them.” She said, giggling more before she calmed herself down with a couple of coughs, “I can go and wait outside if you want? I don’t mind. Or turn my back.” She offered, as she didn’t want to make David feel uncomfortable. She certainly understood any reservation. She found the thought of undressing herself in front of David uncomfortable, and would no doubt duck behind something to hide herself from his gaze. She had never been naked in front of a man before, so found the thought embarrassing. So she could understand his shock and surprise.

And because of that, she was glad that he didn’t need her help when it came to washing his clothes. The machines were easy to use, and did their job quite well. So it would be easy for Alvina to wait outside in the corridor while waiting for David’s clothes to be cleaned. She would no doubt feel quite awkward sitting with a naked man in the room. Not only that, but if she sat outside she could divert other people from entering the room to avoid further embarrassment for the poor man. Alvina had the feeling that her mother had done quite enough of that already.

*It was at that instant, when Alez was at her most hopeless, that something mysterious happened that made things go Alez' way..if just this once. It was then that all the lights started to flicker and then suddenly went dead, plunging everything into darkness. The guards instantly reacted to this strange development, swearing to themselves as they did not bring any flashlights with them. One of them fumbled with their pockets to try to take out their mobile phone, so that they could use its flashlight. "Fuck, did something make the circuit breaker trip AGAIN?" one of the guards could be heard saying as they tried to find their way around in the dark. Due to the lack of windows and natural light in this area, without the lights, it was very dark indeed. Whatever had caused the lights to be cut off seemed to have done a number on the computer as well, as Alez would not be able to sense any demonic aura anymore. Apparently, with this mysterious failure of the electricals in the building, the computer had been taken down with the lights. Apparently, no one had thought that the electricity in this building would run out or be forcibly shut off temporarily. Anyway, whatever had happened and whoever caused it bought Alez some much needed time.*

For a moment, Alez was startled by the sudden cut of power. She was convinced that she was about to be ambushed by some sort of demon. However, she then heard the guards get distracted with trying to find this circuit breaker. She really had no idea what a circuit breaker was at all, but she could only assume it was related to the electric lights embedded into the roof. Regardless, the extra time she had obtained from this happy coincidence was enough to help her to regain her composure. She took a moment to kneel down and focus on her breathing. Before long, she had returned once again to her Ethereal form. It was then that she realzed that same Demonic entity seemed to be missing. She took another glance at the computer and bit her lip. There was definitely something up with this thing, but there really wasn't much she could do in the moment. She'd already had one close call, there was no sense in pushing her luck further. Instead, she spread her wings and quickly flew out of the building the way she came, just as careful to avoid detection.

Once outside of the building, she continued flying a great distance away before drawing a circle in the air with her fingertips, creating a bright blue portal to the kingdom of Coelis. Within the kingdom, she came face to face with her beautiful Mother Caelisia. Immediately, she bowed to her goddess and reported what she had experienced.

"Now, now," Caelisia responded.  "I would have thought you'd have learned your lesson about involving yourself in human affairs, sweetheart."

Alez only blinked in response. "I-I know, I'm sorry, mother, I just... couldn't let that girl suffer... I had to do something and I didn't think it was anything as big as it turned out."

"You've committed quite a number of sins down there already."  Caelisia retorted curtly, causing Alez' eyes to widen.

"B-but..."

"Perhaps you aren't yet ready to explore the surface after all... I must say, I'm quite disappointed."

Those words hit hard on Alez' heart. "N-no, please, m-mother, I apologize... I-I swear, I'll do my job properly, just... I just want to be able to help people!" She found herself calling out through tears. "I can't just let these humans suffer, they deserve so much better than these demons tormenting them!"

"Humans are imperfect. They have much to learn about their own world. Not like you, my sweet princess..." Caelisia pulled Alez into her chest, cradling her. Alez immediately found her whole body relaxing in her mother's arms. Though she continued to sob, Caelisia only insisted that she let it all out. "I assure you, you would never have to suffer like this if you simply allowed yourself to relax here forever and never went back."

"N-never... go back...?"  Caelisia nodded in response.  "N-no, it's not that simple... I-I have to go back, I made a promise to Sam that I would meet with her. I know the world down there is suffering, but I believe it's my job to help in any way I can."

Caelisia was not amused by these words, but she just sighed. "If that is what you wish, then sobeit. But please remember your duty as a scout. You are not a pursuer. I shall dispatch some troops to investigate your report. Until then, you may return, but do not attempt to engage any demons or you will regret it. Do I made myself clear?"

"Y-yes, mother..." Alez bowed before creating another portal and returning to the surface world where she would wait until the time would come to meet with Sam.

"Yeah, if you could leave the room or something..." David replied, not wanting to be rude and definitely not wanting to reveal himself to the elf girl. He definitely did not want the girl to see if he had an erection or not, which he guessed he did as he could feel it. He had no idea why he still had one after his encounter with Silvina but he was sure as anything that it wouldn't look good having her in the room with him in this state. Although he did not want to be alone in this strange place, he sure did not want more awkwardness. "Now, if you would excuse me.." he said, indicating that he was wanting to get out of his soiled clothes. It appeared that he was ready to wash his clothes. Hopefully, there would not be any more weirdness. David was not sure he could take any more of that. Though, knowing his luck, there would be more before the day was out.

Alvina nodded her head at his request, “Of course.” She said understandingly as she turned so that she was no longer facing him and left the room. Just before she left, she said, “I’ll try and make sure that no one else comes in while you’re here. Just knock on the door if you want me to come back in, alright?” She turned back to him, giving him a sweet smile before she stepped through the door and closed it behind her. She let out a sigh of relief as she leaned against the door. Truth be told, she was just as glad to get out of there. While David wasn’t a bad looking guy, she had never seen a guy naked before and she didn’t think she could cover up her embarrassment. She certainly wouldn’t be able to get that image out of her head for weeks to come, and if he was working there she was certain to see him frequently. She doubted that either of them could live with the embarrassment.

Alvina looked up and down the corridor, seeing that it was completely empty and quiet. It was quite boring and she was going to have to wait here for an hour or so. She winced, before she reached into her pocket and pulling out her phone. She checked the battery, finding that it had plenty of power left. She opened up one of her games and started playing it, hoping to be able to waste the time while waiting for David to be finished. She just hoped that she had enough games to distract her, but a part of her doubted it. She could go on social media, but she wasn’t a big social media user, only using it to keep in touch with a few of her school friends. She hated the vapid posts that she found, that made her roll her eyes and then exit the app. No, she would stick to her games and perhaps browsing the internet for something to read while waiting.

*What Alez didn't know about that power cut was that it was no accident nor fluke in the power grid. In fact, apart from that very building, every other building even on the same street had power. In a nearby alleyway, the person that Alez saw in the waiting room was breathing a bit heavily. It seemed that casting the spell that acted as a sort of Electromagnetic pulse or disruption attack localised in that building took more out of her than she thought. It didn't help either that she had gathered, by force, information about the activities of Mr Enron from the various demons she had encountered while in this world. It was due to a twist of fate that she wound up in this world and city, her magic that allowed her to travel was rather unpredictable. She really could not direct it to take her anywhere specific, it seemed to take her not where she wanted to go but wherever she was seemingly needed. At least she knew it wouldn't take her to anywhere that she couldn't exist or would kill her instantly. At least she could rely on that seeming coincidence. How she found out about Mr Enron and his activities was by chance,  encountering a demon very close to when she came to this world. She killed the demon and found the unfortunate summoner a short distance away, the phone still live and active in his right hand. After looking into the person's phone, which was still unlocked, she found it contained a standard variation of a program she had seen elsewhere. The phone contained a variant of the Daemon Summoning Suite (DSS), which streamlined the process of daemon summoning immensely. However, this variant was one commonly used as a way to track where the phone was and what occurred on it and remotely summon a daemon without the victim's knowledge and consent. Yes, this was a remote assassination or murder. It took a bit more 'searching' (and the killing of daemons) to find out about Mr Enron. From the intelligence she gathered and previous background knowledge, she knew something big was happening and Mr Enron was just one of many 'tips' of the iceberg. As she started to leave the alleyway, making sure no one saw her leave, she heard a voice coming from somewhere. She knew who it was and the fact that it was not a voice literally heard as the person who spoke was not there at all.*

That was certainly a display of power, Cassandra. Though I sure you know as well as I do that such actions attract unwanted attention. Is it really worth that kind of trouble just to help a being you don't even know?

"You should know my answer to that, Helheim." Cassandra replied simply to herself with a measured tone of voice. "After all, you essentially have been my long time voyeur on my journey."

Would I know the answer? You often act in a manner that contrasts with the image you wish to project, so you must excuse me if I express some confusion. Needless to say that, when I refer to unwanted attention, Mr Enron is not whom I refer to.

"I realise that." Cassandra replied, ignoring Helheim's earlier commentary in favour of focusing on the matter at hand. "Whomever gave Mr Enron the DSS won't exactly be thrilled once I'm through with Mr Enron."

Location: Samantha's Complex

Time: ~11:30 PM

Alez felt rejuvinated after her rest in Coelis, but she couldn't help but feel distressed after her discussion with lady Caelisia. How could it be that saving this poor girl from that man's cruel antics was wrong? She needed help and, had she not gotten the help she needed, she would have wound up desperately stealing or use who knows what dirty tactics to earn this money... Just the idea that a man would have no qualms with putting another human being through that was absolutely disturbing to her. But even more disturbing was Caelisia's insistence that she simply ignore it. Her scolding only felt discouraging. She needed to become a pursuer. She needed to be trained to fight so that she could help protect the people of the world. She'd already seen so much ugliness blotting such an otherwise beautiful world. Why did these monsters have to corrupt everything they touch? Still, she couldn't allow herself to get angry. Doing so would trap her in her physical state until she cooled down again.

It took her a while to find Samantha's Apartment. Alez didn't fully understand how these addresses worked and what all these numbers meant. But as she explored the city in her ethereal form, she was able to piece together the information to navigate herself to a building that seemed to fit Samantha's description. It would be quite rude to just phase into her room, so she decided to drop into a nearby alleyway and change back into her physical form before approaching the building with her pendant. Surely at least Samantha would express gratitude for what she'd done. She smiled to herself as she stepped into the apartment complex and explored the hallways until she found the door with a number on it that matched up with the room number she'd been told.  "This should be the one..." She reached up and knocked on Samantha's door, excited to see the girl's reaction and hoping it wasn't too late in the night for her to still be awake.

*When Alez knocked on the door to Sam's apartment, the door eerily opened itself slightly. It would perhaps appear to Alez odd that the door was unlocked. This again would perhaps raise some suspicion that something was amiss in Sam's apartment. Why else would the door be unlocked if something hadn't happened? If Alez chose to open the door and go inside, she would find Sam's apartment, which would normally be pretty clean, in a rather sad state. The place looked trashed, though only very recently trashed. It looked like some sort of struggle took place in here, as there were all sort  of things thrown around as Sam had been assaulted by something. There was something of an odd air in the apartment, as if telling Alez that something unnatural had been in here. She would probably guess that Sam had been abducted and probably would be able to guess by whom. None of the lights were on in the apartment bar one, light from the still-active mobile phone. Its brightness setting must be maxed out or the room was that dark for it to be noticable. Perhaps the mobile phone would have some sort of clue on it? It seemed to be the only thing here that linked Sam to Mr Enron.*

Alez was surprised when she found the door to be unlocked. Perhaps Sam had left it unlocked knowing she would come? She decided to take it as an invitation to let herself in and pushed the door open. What lied behind, however, left her in shock. She raised her hand to her mouth as she gasped. Furniture was knocked over and various objects were scattered along the floor, presumably having been knocked off of the tables. The apartment itself seemed quite cheap already, likely due to the fact that Sam probably didn't have enough money to afford anything better, and the furniture was quite minimalistic. But this most certainly wasn't normal. Something happened and somehow, Alez couldn't help but worry that she may be at fault.

"S-sam...?"  Alez slowly stepped into the room, leaving the door open behind her so that she'd have an easy way out in case something happened. As she scanned the room, she found no sign of life at all, which only made her stomach turn as her eyes finally settled on the bright light of Sam's phone resting face-up on the floor. The phone's screen was cracked slightly, but it still seemed to be on. She reached down to pick the phone up and examine it closer. This most certainly was the same phone that she'd recovered from Mr. Enron. She decided to look at what was on the screen itself.

*While David was in the laundry, naked as he had put his clothes in the washing machine, he wondered what exactly he was going to do now. He really didn't have anything on him to 'entertain' himself other than his phone which really didn't have that much on it. He usually didn't have a lot of time to kill when he was outside of home, because he only went out when he needed to or when he had things to do. He had no real distraction and he did need some sort of distraction. He looked down at his member, which to his surprise and dismay was erect. At least Alvina wasn't here to see this. Apparently, his member had decided that it hadn't had enough 'fun' for today. Though David figured he couldn't blame it, he was still feeling a bit...funny after all that happened. After having his first taste of sex, he seemed to want more.*

"Well...this is awkward." he said to himself, as he stood there naked in the laundry.

*Meanwhile, it appeared that Alvina would have someone to talk to soon as someone was walking down the corridor. It appeared to be Evelyn, whose focus seemed to be directed at some academic book. It was a secret to everyone who she could manage to not run into anyone or anything with her attention so focussed in what was in those pages of the books she read. Evelyn was wearing rather casual clothes today but due to her body proportions, even casual clothes took a new erotic turn. Not that this elven cowgirl hybrid would notice, that was not of her concern. As she neared where Alvina was, she stopped in her tracks and closed the book she was reading.*

"Oh hello Alvina!" Evelyn said as she saw her by the laundry door. "Should I assume that one of our applicants is behind that door?"

Alvina scrunched up her nose slightly before her eyebrows knitted into a frown. She then sighed, as she didn’t quite get the score she was after on her game. She was having trouble passing this level of difficulty, and it was frustrating her. At least it was passing the time for her and keeping her occupied, even if it was beginning to piss her off. She closed her eyes, taking a few deep calming breaths before she opened her eyes and attempted again. However, halfway through she heard someone talking and she looked up, a little startled. She had been so engrossed in her game that she had not noticed the elven cowgirl walking down the corridor. She gave a small, shy smile as she lowered her phone slightly,

“Oh, hello Evelyn. Yeah, there’s an applicant in there. He wants to be left alone, though so I’m just guarding the door to make sure that no one enters.” Alvine replied, exiting the game app without saving her current progress. She noticed that Evelyn was carrying a book, but she wasn’t quite able to see what it was that she was reading. It looked to be some kind of academic book. Most likely far beyond Alvina’s reading level. She had seen some of the books that the elven cowgirl read, and was not afraid to admit that she was far smarter than herself. She then asked, more out of boredom than actual curiosity, “So what are you up to? Reading something interesting?”

*As Alez picked up the phone, perhaps she would feel a familiar sort of latent 'darkness' emanating from the phone itself. It was similar to the kind of energy that she felt back at the computer room and the kind of vibe that Mr Enron gave off. If this didn't raise her suspicion that this situation involved something demonic...then what she would find next would. As she looked at the phone's home screen, which contained some of the apps Sam had on the phone, Alez would find one of the apps really out-of place. It had no icon on it and was named DDSS.exe which was odd. What was even more odd was that the app name seemed to flicker in and out of existence, as the phone's backlight seemed to pulsate. This was really odd behavior which would perhaps make Alez more curious and way more suspicious about what was going on. But that wasn't the only thing odd on this phone. If Alez looked at the message bank, she would notice a few very odd messages received in the last hour or two. They were text messages with weird attachments that didn't look like ordinary attachments. The text message, to ordinary people, looked like as trange garbled mess but to people of more magical inclinations...it looked like some kind of incantation. If Alez read through the messages, she would see that the incantation was some kind of summoning spell but very much streamlined. She would also find that the attachments were openable by the DDSS.exe but if she attempted to open it...she would be in a spot of bother.*

As Alez investigated the phone, an overwhelming sense of dread came over her. She couldn't help but feel as though she had caused something terrible to happen when she came near that computer terminal in Mr. Enron's office building. She watched as the screen flickered along with the name under the glitched ap. She couldn't imagine what DDSS.exe could possibly refer to, but it was quite disturbing to see something like this here. She didn't know much about electronics, so she didn't have any particular ideas, she just knew the danger would be impossible. She could tell by the aura emanating from the phone that there was something demonic about it. Messing around with this too much was dangerous. Mother Caelisia had warned her not to forget her place. Yet, she couldn't just leave. What if Sam was in danger?

She decided to continue searching the phone where she found the strange messages sent to Sam.  "What is this...?" The words seemed to be some strange language, but it followed nothing of the grammatical rules of mortals. This only twisted the knot in her stomach tighter. Had someone summoned a demon to attack Sam? But why? She had done nothing wrong! Was it a preemptive strike to punish Alez out of suspicion? Alez bit her lip and stuffed the phone into her bag before taking a deep breath and calming herself down enough to transform into her ethereal form and fly back to Mr. Enron's building. She had to get answers about this phone and she had to know what Mr. Enron had been planning. Lady Caelisia was sending reinforcements to Mr. Enron's building. By now, the'd probably begun talking with the man. She couldn't just open the app.

"D-don't worry, Sam, I'll help you...!" She spoke more so to encourage herself as she flew through the skies, invisible to the general public. After all, for all she knew Sam might have already been dead entirely. The best she could do was hope that wasn't the case and do what she could to bring her back.

*What Alez did not know was that, at this very moment, the phone was sending a signal back to 'home' as she carried it with her. As she held it and investigated it, something was investigating her back through the camera lens. What Alez didn't know was the program was still active, after being remotely launched from Mr Enron's office. Alez was correct that Mr Enron did summon a demon on Sam in return from having his newest trinket stolen from him by the very person who 'gifted' him it. It quite infuriated him to fall for such a simple ruse by a young one and so he was going to get back at her by taking away her friend. Of course, if she wasn't her friend at all, it didn't really matter to Mr Enron. At least he'd have a new toy to play with and he could imagine in his head violating the one that wronged him. If she was indeed her friend, then...perhaps he'd get another for the price of one! It was good to get more than one bargained for. Now, as Alez flew back towards Mr Enron's building, the program on the phone was using the camera's features to scan the one holding on it...by using its unique feature set.  As the program scanned her, it sent information back to the computer that remotely launched it, which was in the hands of Mr Enron. Now, Mr Enron was indeed checking out Alez as she was flying to him...though not in the way that one would expect. He was not so much trying to find out information out on her species or her skills but much more base...pleasures. Currently, Mr Enron was in one of the large conference rooms in the building. But he was not alone in there. In the room with him were...lowly demons called Preta, dwarf sized demons with distended stomachs, oddly shaped heads and scrawny arms and legs which were stronger than they looked. They were low level weak demons, considered to be pests. BUT they had one major use to people like Mr Enron...their semen, which was rather effective as a mind breaking device. Direct ingestion of Preta semen induces a state of psychosis in its victims, making them want more of it and things like it. The effect does scale with dosage and if enough is ingested...especially over short periods of time, the person's mind is effectively destroyed and the victim may too be transformed into a Preta, who would never stop desiring. Such a torment was reserved as an insult on beings that summoners didn't like very much. Fortunately for Sam, she had not been transformed into a Preta...but...her mind was indeed gone. She would not recongise Alez if she saw her and would think of her as someone who would want to steal her prized 'yummies'..whether it be out of a dog bowl, straight from the Preta or from Mr Enron's cock.*

Alez was completely unaware that the phone was tracking and scanning her body, even in her ethereal form. Normally, man-made cameras and other similar tools couldn't detect her in her ethereal form. however, it was quite possible that this phone had been modified to detect divine beings such as herself. She'd merely assumed it was nothing more than a typical mortal cell phone and had no reason to suspect anything further. Even if the camera was running, she'd only assume the images the camera could pick up on were those of the city beneath her as she flew over the buildings.

After a short while, Alez managed to find her way back to Mr. Enron's building. The sense of dread in her heart only grew as she could feel demonic presence in much greater numbers. Even more shockingly, she found not a single Celestial presence in the area. "Wh-what!?" She clenched her fists. After she'd gone out of her way to report her findings to Caelisia, her request for reinforcements had gone completely ignored!?

She took a moment to catch her breath to avoid reverting back to her human form. Perhaps there was an explanation for the lack of action on Caelisia's part. But this situation was dire. She quickly lowered herself onto a nearby building's rooftop and crouched down with her hands held together in front of her chest. "Oh, Mother Caelisia. Please, please help me with this. I know you told me not to interfere, but I'm being left with no choice. I have no idea what's happening in there, but every second I waste I fear I'm endangering more innocent lives. Please forgive me and I hope that you would hold true to your word and send reinforcements to aid me."

With that prayer behind her, Alez could feel Caelisia's Blade materializing within her hand. It was a weapon that only members of Caelisia's troop could call in times of need. It was a blade that was incapable of causing any damage to mortals and would banish demons it comes in contact with to limbo for judgment. She'd only called the blade once before and that ended extremely poorly for her. She could only hope that this time would be different. With the blade in hand, she spread her wings and flew straight into the building toward Mr. Enron's office, completely oblivious to what horrors she was marching directly into.
